Very true, great video. We all suffer at times. It's so important to speak up. Good on you for making this video, hope you make more. It's nice to hear from others. Take care and hope you had a nice dinner! :)
Hi Mr Iscaro, thank you for posting this. I love how you referenced some very high profile and well known people; who are just as 'human' as all of us, who suffer from depression. Great video, and thanks for bringing awareness of this.
Thanks for the lovely comment. Yes it's interesting isn't it that we seem to forget that even the bravest of souls, most powerful people also suffer & suffered from mental health issues. We should not shy away from discussing them openly & for asking for help.
Early detection of mental issues is crucial. In my area, most people are still ashamed and refuse to search for professional support, preferring to take random pills prescribed by the family doctor. Many adolescents exhibit signs of mental health issues, but some parents may feel hesitant to seek professional help from a psychologist due to stigma. As a result, some young people may turn to substance use as a way to cope. I lost several childhood friends, some of them are still alive but look like zombies. I feel extremely angry but it seems that things are gradually changing. The internet is a game-changer, and I think your video is helpful in highlighting the importance of talking about mental health more openly.
@@Helloooooooooooooo371 Totally agree with you, very true. I am sorry for the friends that you have lost. It's painful. I think that's why I appreciate videos like this one, and the one that Astropunk made a week or so ago on mental health. Many of us who suffer from this always feel isolated and afraid to speak up. Huge credit to Mr Iscaro for these videos; it's nice to know i am not alone. You're right - early detection and support are so important. When I was a teenager and young adult, I had no one. My life would have been different if I had support for my mental health back then. But that's okay... i'm making the best of things now which is good. Cheers to you and astropunk!
