This clip takes us to many emotions. Laugh so hard at Jimmy again being ignored by fans and he looked so adorable! Then I cried when he started to hold back his overwhelmed feeling when he thanked Tina. Then I went back to laugh again at "23 years old". I totally admire this guy.

Okay...I don't care if he "fake laughs" during interviews. At least he is actually listening to his guests and trying to make them feel heard. just because he read it from the cue cards (if you regularly watched the show you’d know he doesn’t have a teleprompter) doesn’t mean he didn’t write it himself! people on TV use cue cards so they don’t have to memorise their speeches, monologues etc. Just because something is read, does not mean it’s not heart felt! So many people like to hate on Jimmy for the most stupid things, but they forget that before he’s a talk show host or comedian, he’s a human being with feelings and emotions just like everyone else in this world. He is one of the most genuine and kind people that I have been lucky enough to meet. I wish people would give him a break!

These girls are me! how lucky they were they can meet Tina Fey. She's my role model, I look up to her. I find my true passion in writing after I saw 30 Rock and she inspired me that women can have a say in everything and women can lead/in charge as well. I also would add my thanks to Tina Fey as well for those same reasons. It didn't take long to realize that watching 30 Rock was an experience that was unrivalled at the time for its humor, wit, and sublime clever plots. As a marine biologist that would often be left alone for weeks on end alone on a remote atoll island in the middle of a vast ocean with no people around for miles, I'll always treasure those dusky sunsets fading off into the dark as my tablet would fire up multiple viewings of episodes of 30 Rock. Thank you for the good times and I look forward to many more adventures from Ms Fey. One love.
