Wow, i've been following this channel on YT aswell as IG throughout my physiotherapy education. I still remember looking up your guys' video from the hip ROM testing back in my first year, now i'm rehearsing different clusters for screening in LBP en neck pain for the final exams in my last master year! Amazing to see how far you guys have come in terms of knowledge aswell as content and production quality, keep up the great work!
Please help. I have mild pain but it’s in different areas of the hamstring. Sometimes I feel it closer to the glute and other times in the middle of the hamstring or near the back of the knee. Other times I don’t feel it at all. Is this a tendon apathy issue. I’m still running because it haven’t gotten worse but just worried about it.
Thank you for the informative video. I am a bit confused about the differential diagnosis. I presented with SI Joint dysfunction as well as possible L5-S1 radiculopathy. 8 months later, while dancing (pole sport), I heard several audible pops which was later followed by severe pain where the glute meets the hamstring (especially when sitting on a hard service). An MRI revealed that I had acute proximal hamstring tendinosis. In your opinion, can the initial SIJ dysfunction and/or possible radiculopathy put one at risk for tendinosis?
Just being diagnosed with Tendinopathy of hamstring and odeama at source. After 6 months of treatment for Sciatica, an MRI of my pelvic area Sitting for long periods leaves me crippled

Have pain after sitting. And pain after running even at low tempo. Done knee mri and got no knee problems
How long does recovery take?
I felt this pain after doing a reverse lunge wrong, is it tendinopathy or just a strain?
I got tendonitis in both arms and legs. Any idea why this happened??
(Biceps and behind both knees)
Would consider systemic reasons (e.g. rheumatic diseases) for it and consult a GP.
