I just finished watching this video. I absolutely love your home decor, I want to make all of them. Thank you for sharing your designs. I am hooked on them. I'm 74 in 4 more days and love working with Jenga blocks. I'm off to watch another one of your videos now. Bye
Yes I have noticed the same thing. They are horrible to work with. I love this video. You do beautiful work. Now I have to attempt to make the walk decor. Can't wait to see your next video. Have a wonderful day.
The first wall décor pieces would make great sconces.Maybe put some mirrors behind them and or add a small shelf to put a candle on. This idea has endless possibilities.
This is my first time watching your channel and I signed up because I love your sense of humour and how you explain your projects. The lantern with the fairy lights is so pretty. I liked the design you did with the dark blocks. That was my favourite. The rest I think were great and creative.
These are nice designs, very creative. The dark ones are hard to piece together, the 😊ends don't fit flush together. I general do alot of sanding to make them work.
I just wanted to let you know I made 2 of the 1st project that very night, and the next day I made 1 of them rustic looking. My husband liked it so much that he said mine and took it straight out to his garage and hung it up. My son wants a rustic one, and so does my Mama and Auntie. I really did enjoy making them and will definitely be using up my tumbling blocks making more for all that wants one. Thank you so much, and I am so glad RUclips put you in my suggestion notifications, since I've been subscribed I've done and made 2 different wall art pieces and have some of your video's saved to make more of what you've created. You are very talented and I appreciate you sharing your creations ❤
wow lydia, that’s great! thank you so much for letting me know-maybe post a picture in the comments so i can see it? ❤️ and of course thank you for being part of the mimicraft family!
Woah woah 🤯 woah ❤! I absolutely loveee each one their unique and I’ll be trying to make one maybe the last one someday bc the lantern look was gorgeous! Can I ask do you draw out your ideas before you start DIYing or how do you come up with these one of a kind ❤ projects . 😊
i literally “play” with the blocks for hours, lining them up in different shapes to see what i like. also, i look at home decor and see if it can be made with the blocks. that’s my method 😬 and thank you soooo much!
These are great! I'm really loving the wall decor in the brown blocks! All of them came out awesome but my favorite is the brown block wall decor. I've not crafted with the brown blocks yet! Kinda makes me a little nervous to try them! Great job my friend!! TYSMFS!
Each design is beautiful. I bought 2 boxes with the brown blocks and noticed they don’t stay together well unless you sand the part you’re glueing and the size differences was challenging for projects.
Brown ones definitely are either slimmer and shorter. I kinda like the color, if I'm being honest. I have sanded off the brown on one project, however. I love your channel and I have only said that ONCE in regard to all the DIY, budget crafting channels. You're da bomb! Not nearly enough modern designs out there. I really despise farmhouse, rustic, shabby and boho dollar tree channels. Thank you for that!
I kinda went cray cray over buying tumbling blocks, that I still have the old ones, so I don't know about the ugly sisters. But I have noticed that sometimes with the signs some will hardly have any glue on the tin, and some will just be drowning in it. When I come across the heavy glued ones, it makes me think... That person hates crafting and wanted to make it harder on me 😆 🤣 😂 The 1st project was my favorite, definitely gonna bring out the blocks to get that made for myself! Thank you 😊
I haven't figured out what to do with the ugly brown ones....but I have to say there wasn't anything ugly about the piece you made...I liked that a lot.
thank you so much! i use super glue wood glue for plain blocks and aleene’s tacky glue for the painted blocks. both are available at dollar tree. if you’re having trouble gluing painted blocks, try aleene’s “the ultimate”. fyi, i haven’t tried tacky glue in the glue bottle- might be too thick. good luck!
I HATE the brown ones! Not only are they more irregular, they also have more "holes" on then and they are VERY hard to glitter together without them breaking back apart.
What glue is the best , im going to make the first one in your video. Are you using gorilla glue or just a regular tacky glue for wood ? Thank you for the great videos. Cindy
thanks so much Cindy! I use dollar tree super glue wood glue on the unfinished blocks, Alene’s tacky glue on the painted ones. if you like, send me a pic to share on my channel. email is on my channel home page.
What gorgeous diy's you do. Love all Thanks.
i appreciate it!

I actually like the way the brown wall decor turned out better than the natural you put together first. Either way I love your tumbling block ideas.

you are so very welcome and thank you for your support!
Yes, I have also noticed the brown ones seem to be way worse than the original colored ones. By the way, I LOVE PROJECT #1
thanks so much jennifer!
I loved the image at the end - the two lanterns on top of each other.
Thanks so much 😊
Love ALL of these!
thanks mally!
Each design is beautiful. I bought 2 boxes with the brown blocks and noticed they don’t stay together well unless you sand the part you’re glueing and the size differences was challenging for projects.
i know, right? aleene’s tacky glue works better, also aleene’s “the ultimate”. good luck and thanx!
It took gorilla super glue for me to get them to stay together well. It worked.
The last lantern would look awesome painted white.
definitely! hoping to paint more pieces in future diys- thanx!

Another great video! Love them all.
I decided to give project 1 a try to hang in my kitchen. Turned out pretty nice. I painted metallic platinum & black to match my appliances😊.
sorry I missed this! send me a pic (email is on my channel page)

The brown blocks are definitely harder to glue or paint.
👍🏻
Drives me nuts! I TRY to get even ones before starting but several seem to still be uneven... Very cool items! Thank you ❤
thank YOU Laura ❤️
I haven't figured out what to do with the ugly brown ones....but I have to say there wasn't anything ugly about the piece you made...I liked that a lot.
thanks dana!
So cute!! I see you put the glue bottle info in but what is the actual glue brand you like to secure these blocks with?
thank you so much! i use super glue wood glue for plain blocks and aleene’s tacky glue for the painted blocks. both are available at dollar tree. if you’re having trouble gluing painted blocks, try aleene’s “the ultimate”. fyi, i haven’t tried tacky glue in the glue bottle- might be too thick. good luck!

👍
I have a problem keeping the brown ones glued together. What kinda glue do u use? Ty❤
aleene’s tacky glue,or aleene’s “the ultimate”
