I'm a Spurs fan and I'm balanced enough to say that this game isn't relevant in the context of who wins the league. They are not pipping City to the title, regardless of the derby result, which I agree doesn't look promising for my team.

I am a Spurs fan, and I don't think we'll win. With a manager who is unwilling to change his tactics, I suspect we'll be so terrible that there will be boos around the stadium. Arsenal is at their best defensively and attack-wise. Yeah, even if they win, though, Arsenal will not win the league.

Arteta has a huge budget and has spent anywhere between 5 and 7 hundred million ( depending on who you listen to)I don't think Post has got that kind of budget to work with
