no, it is not working perfectly!
you need to align the threads by looking at them in a cross section view,
another thing, if you turn that nut until it reaches the head of the bolt,
this wont stop it turn, it will go in turning through the head of the bolt like a ghost

To align, use coincident mate on the top surface of the bolt and bottom surface of nut, make sure tread pitch matches your screw mate pitch, then supress the coincident mate and apply the screw mate. To stop the nut at the base of the bolt, apply the limit distance mate for your intended travel distance, for example, if your bolt has a treaded part of 20mm, your limit distance should be from the start of the tread down 20mm.
