Not sure how much you know about the Pakistani Nihari, but beside the dish, it is the toppings you put directly on your plate, like freshly topped ginger, green chili, coriander and a squeeze of lemon. That is what makes the magic. And to eat it with a good light and fluffy khamiri roti.
