Thank you! We're @41 weeks and expecting our 3rd natural homebirth. These have been very helpful tips.
So glad you found the information helpful. Praying you had a beautiful birth!
@A Werking Mama thank you! Yes! We had a successful homebirth @ 44 weeks. This was our third and longest pregnancy, but thus far, my easiest birth. Your videos helped me to prepare in ways that I hadn't in my previous pregnancy, such as learning how to breathe and the types of breathes to take during each stage, positioning to open the pelvis, using the toilet as the dilation station, and doing certain exercises to keep labor moving.
@@abundantlybeyoutiful9993 ahhhhhhh I'm SOOOO proud of you, mama!!! How amazing and beautiful for you to trust your body and be confident in how to labor for such a beautiful experience!
@@awerkingmama thank you!
Loved all these tips! I did many of these for a natural birth for my firstborn, and can’t wait to add some tips I learned for the one on the way!
Congratulations, mama!
Awe congratulations dear! Love your videos , they are very helpful. I’m 34 weeks and starting to really prepare.
Thank you, mama and congratulations to you too!

Glad it was helpful!
Hubby wants to point out the TENS isn't using electromagnetism, but rather an electric current.
Thanks for the video! Any suggestions how to practice with these measures?
Thank you for sharing this… I’m a 36 week pregnant black woman who is advised to give birth in a hospital due to having a c section 17 years ago. (1% chance of uterine rupture) I don’t want to fret about this experience but I must be honest. There’s a lil part of me that is. I know I must think happy thoughts. I’m doing as much research as I can. I encourage my fiancé to study as well. We need help. I feel like while in labor I have to be my own doula, and support person etc…
Congratulations, mama! It’s important you know and understand the benefits and risk to the suggestions. It will be important to have that education and support so that you both can feel confident about your experience. I’d love to support you! Email me: chanel@awerkingmama.com
Yes pepparmint for nausea and clear head 🥰
Yes!!
When i was laboring, i noticed when i stepped in the shower or submerged in the tub, the pain went away during those contractions but it came back for the next. If i unsubmerge myself and resubmerge myself when i feel a contraction, will it continue to help with the pain and will it be an effective contraction if i keep doing that?
Yes! This is the power of hydrotherapy. Water is natures epidural. This is a very effective strategy during labor for pain management.
Very informative. Would lemon balm be a good essential oil to diffuse during labor? Thanks again.
Yes, absolutely!!
Thank you for all these tips! I’m 40+4 and hope to be having a natural birth and implementing them soon!!
Would also love to know where those pyjamas are from too…?🤭💛
