They need to reevaluate the overall cool down times. Anything over 24 hours is just dumb to me. I can only speak for myself when I say, I play Zombies for the fun of it. The moment it starts to feel like a chore, I logout.

It would be nice if certain items also reduce the cooldown time like it did in DMZ by dropping them in a dead drop. So drop a bunch of green tools and random perks and it drops your cooldowns down more. It would make people want to hold onto those items that are currently useless most of the time.
Not even lying before I was even familiar with mwz I thought my stash was too small at 10 (when I had trash loot and no schematics, just stashing random tools and stuff). And then after getting all schematics you really think wow. You want me to stash one of each schematic, and maybe 1 sigil? What a joke. Should have at least started at like 25-50. And maybe they can optimize the UI so you don’t have to scroll through each, because I can see it being slow with a bigger stash.
My biggest gripe is the fact that right now when extracting it clearly mentions "schematics" in the little cooldown reduction pop up which means that they're literally gatekeeping this feature until S3 Reloaded! That's bullshit.
Let's hope they sort out the CONTAINMENT LEVEL issue as well. Was level 149 then it crashed , went back in and was level 75. Lost everything AGAIN so restocked, then server crashed AGAIN ,lost everything and ended at level 50 lol. New season starts, restocked AGAIN , got to CONTAINMENT LEVEL 249 yesterday with no issues. Came back on last night and at the start menu I am now CONTAINMENT LEVEL 3 !!?? What the f...k is going on LOL. Love the game but it's beyond a joke now. Done over hundred contracts in red zone and still haven't found Refined crystal schematic, done the new Elder sigil contracts over and over and all I get is f...king VR-11 CASE SCHEMATICS AGAIN and AGAIN. The game needs balancing, more red zone contracts to be available at all times, containment issues sorted and server issues. They talk about New things to be added which is great , but SORT OUT AND FIX WHAT IS ALREADY IN THE GAME FIRST !! New content is great but don't add it to a broken game.
Crashing is definitely an issue that needs fixing.. I’m on PS5 slim and after every new season update I get regular crashes when my friend on normal PS5 doesn’t, I have to delete and reinstall the full game every time to fix it. I mention that because it may help you.. probably not as crashes are an issue across all platforms, but worth knowing. The containment level reset is another issue that is extremely frustrating.. for me I’ve been well over level 100 and as soon as I spawn in the helicopter in game it says containment level 0. That’s happened a few times now and hate it every time. Maybe not as bad as a crash and losing all loot but very frustrating nonetheless. P.S. there is a potential fix for containment level resetting when loading into game and that it to exfil straight away without doing anything or using any items in backpack.
Pretty much every game you get multiple epic aether tools, wouldn't worry about having the plans I've even had legendary tools in tier 2 boxes and contracts
I have had the same issues. I was hoping s3 was going to have some fixes but maybe treyarch didnt pass the torch soon enough for them to have fixes ready
They are conditioning us like addicted lab rats to the red button looking for that fix. It is a different skin on the login bonus we've seen in the past. Spreading the bonus or 'treats' out over varying increments ensures they entice all levels of addict. From the patiently waiting ones like you, down to the spreadsheet-making button mashers.😉

I am daily player, playing 4-5 hours per day. I think everything we got now in terms of colddowns should be reduced double the time so you could actually use more powerful items per day as of the timer we all got and have to struggle with it. Most of the time when I start having fun I have to Exfil.
I wind up having 60 or more thousand dollars with pack 3 weapons and all perks...so...this works for me. What doesn't work for me is the game constantly crashing and me getting set back to 75 and going back to a small backpack and 1 plate.. I find this very annoying...why have tombstone if a crash erases everything? Pathetic.
I understand why they’re doing it like this. If we got instant cool downs then there’d be no challenge to the game. We’d spawn in with top tier loot every game.
I’m telling you,! All they have to do is make it so that if you extract a schematic the timer goes down per schematic. The coder knows how easy that patch would be.
Going in dumb hard and stealing every hit with two players got me like 50-70k at most without pushing the Aether. How much do I need? This needs to be adjusted for sure or they better boost the rates for how much contracts earned through more containment levels to upwards of 200% bonus.
Youll really ask yourself if its worth extracting all that essence for the schematic with the current system. Itll be more pain than its worth to get anything down enough to craft in good time

Did you subtract the time it takes to gather x amount of essence? I usually leave when the cloud starts expanding. Some players take it down all the way to final exfil.
good you brought some reality to this. people are thinking i play a couple games and it knocks cooldown in half. aint gonna happen. i'm below average player. usually exfil with maybe 10-15 thousand. play 2 rounds a day. aint worth it for me. plus what they might do is also cut the R&G so still get same number of good items in same amount of time. this may also make people less likely to go to T3 or DE to risk their essence
That is kind of counterintuitive. I play two to three rounds of zombies a day. With the XP Weekend, I may play four or five rounds a day, but I'm not always grinding contracts. Looting can be a bit amusing to see how many you can get per round, but money wise you really have to focus on contracts exclusively. Granted, you can go the Tier 1 bazaar area and hit all the registers, boxes/crates/aethers, and maybe you'll get 2.5k to 3.5k in cash (while looting and selling).
Essence only is sad. Why not a combination of kills, contrasts, reviving other players, looted containers, special zombie kills, time in game, for a total match XP. It needs to be 2-3 heavy xp matches will reduce a flawless to be crafted again. They also need to add a wallet. Basically more of the DMZ structure.
Grinding red zone until the timer gets to blinking red then going to elder and i get around 50k-70k essence every time, ofc w maxed containment. But it is challenging for some to grind redzome unless you team w ppl in chat
Yeah they definitely need to rework the entire cooldown-system. And if we get faster access to certain schematics, we will also need a LOT more than 20 stash slots. Hell, give us challenges that increase out stash slots like DMZ did it!

Solo reach 80 to 90k per game. Have to stay moving but its not difficult. That being said i still agree even at that its gonna be a waste if the purpose its the cooldown. Hopefully its scaled differently.

So I hate to say this , but some of the called rare Items should be found more often and @random. In all honesty , chasing from contract to contract , so you can punch up and than finally have enough to try to go to the" we will die zone" .. noobs ... then get a perk cola, really sucks .. or uhhh the same old schematic; you don't need for the xyz time. It gets a bit old. If I had my 2 sense ; I would say coold down and finding them more often in Loot is the way to go . I did finally kill the Stormchaser, and did the the infected Stronghold in the Red Zone Solo... still have not been to the Dark Zone 😂😂 oh well one day
Flawless being 3 days doesn't make sense. It would have made more sense of legendary tool was 3 days. If you containment level 100 you can get to pack 3 in about 10-12 mins.
It's like they only want us to play every 3 days. This game just keeps getting more disappointing every time they add stuff. Not only that, with t3 Bieng full of tombstone supers with scorchers, you're not getting 22 contracts a game. That's how your going to have to get 1 million essence is tombstone until you have enough then extract.
Are the schematic cool down times/rates shown from the spreadsheet what is actually coming in the reloaded update? Or is this just a rumor/leak/guess for what the cooldown times will be for a given amount of extracted essence? Other RUclipsrs that either say they were on the creator call or have talked about the creator call have said they don’t know what the actual reduction in cooldown times will be like
This is why people who do not play the game should actually not be in charge of updates.. If your chart is accurate even in someway no one will ever spend 115k essence for a pack 1.. Was excited about the changes, bought the new blackcell battle pass, unlocked everything. I was 5 guns away from Borealis, had every schematic unlocked except for the Epic tool and came home yesterday to my account being banned. Never cheated in their game and this is how they treat people? 😂
the containment levels are buggy as hell for me, sometimes they work in a match, sometimes they dont, and by that i mean thye dont give me the bonus essance or lower the prices on pap n perk machines etc
The thing is his calculations may be 100% wrong. Who knows if they include contacts, Exfil streaks, zombies killed and items extracted in the cooldown reduction. Ranting off speculation is ridiculous.
Tbh I find if you play a couple of games and alternate between old aether and new aether you usually get legendary items without even waiting for cool downs, last night I got 2 dog bones and 2 legendary tools in old, then next game got 2 mags and 2 refined crystals and even an aether blade in new aether match. Think players worry too much about cooldown just play the games right through to the dark aether every game, I very rarely use stash items

We all know it's a pve mode however with the buffed loot you don't have to wait for cooldowns just play the game work through contracts and you will get items for the next game that's the whole basis of the mode. It even says that in the text while map loads complete contracts get acquisitions for your next deployment simple
Buffed loot??? I have not noticed any buffed loot in tier 3 it's terrible still. blue tools. Backpacks, kill streaks is all I get have to go dark aeither every game to get stuff for next game
The essence to cooldown is pathetic. The cooldown times themselves are terrible, but shaving minutes off a 2-3 day cooldown is essentially worthless. They need to add a dead drop system, or adjust cooldown times. They desperately need to address the servers, they are hands down the worst ive seen in any game in my entire online gaming life. At BEST I'm in constant packet burst every game, at normal I'm in high latency, and out of nowhere getting downed or hit when all of a sudden I'm surrounded, when the second before i was completely open. I dont know if this is a zombies only issue, since i dont play multiplayer or warzone, but its laughable, and really pushes me from wanting to play at all. And i cant be the only one, but crashing due to bad servers and losing all your stuff is an absolute deterrent. Having it count as an elimination for doing the games content, in the dark aether needs to be addressed also. Honesty, whos in charge?

Here is some knowledge for people that dont know...no matter how much containment lvl you have if you have more than 100 the game still recognize it as 100...i had 1039 lvl i crushed and i went back to 75 because game thinks im only 100... Every time you die you drop by 25 lvls...so stop crying everyone that you lost 473827266373 lvls or something.. We already know the timer in schematics with fullgame and dark eather...it will be roughly 5 hours..when you finish a session it says that you have saved 5 hours or 4 in your ensured weapon so the same will be for every schematic.. Another tip...the less people you are the better the rewards in dark eather will be...i would suggest a team of 3 max or even solo...

Oof. Awful system. It should be 2-3 times the amount of the cost in-game. If I Exfil with 30k-45k essence, that should instantly unlock a Pack 2 crystal and Rare Tool at the very least.
I'm so f-ing close to shit canning this gam... just went into newest story mission just to see what I could get from the one rift at stadium. Final boss never showed up so portal never opened. Died & lost everything. 2x double crystal, legendary tool , mag of holding, & 3 epic tools . Such BS

Guys and gals, you all need to realise that since the release of mw3, they had a DMZ mode of zombies in creation. Mwz is so big, bigger than wz that they couldnt just put everything they had planned for mwz all in one go. That would fully crash the game just like when wz2 was released and we had ro wait a week for it to be fixed. Soon they will intro a pvp mode. Mw3 is the largest game currently available. We need to be patient and wait. Just chill and stop complaining. Dont like mwz go play something else instead of complaining. Its always same story, "not good enough". I am pretty much done with Zombies after my last match. When every contract in T3 was nothing, but Med sack, rare tool, 2 plate vest and/or a cola. Rarely get anything good from T3. Then in the dark eather I got same junk with 2 of the contracts not giving me a classified. Exfilled with 1 epic tool and a gold plate vest. The T3 contracts is always the same, junk. What's the point of playing this garbage if it never gives anything good. Once I get all the achievements unlocked. This game will be getting uninstalled permanently... I will not even waste my time on COD 2024. Definitely will not waste any money on COD 2024. They can FO...
My take on this, this is a paid game not free, why is the cooldown so long or why is there a cool down if the intent is to motivate players to play the game? It does NOT make sense!
And they cost 5K each, which equals 20 min 50 sec according to the spreadsheet... Of course you usually receive and keep one or two in your inventory which will be an added bonus!

They need to fix the tombstone glitch where you can give all you money to a friend or people are just going to abuse this. I exfiled with 400k and it took 26 hours of my cool down so max money will wipe the cooldown off. The problem is atm is it doesn't actually work and it reduces your schematics by zero even though it says on the exfil screen it does.. so releasing broken features.
Only way to stop the “DUPS” is cut cooldown times to ZERO! No gold items mean no one playing! You need leg tool gold plates and money for jug to take down megas…so why not glitch the game to play more? Eventually everyone’s going to move to gta 6…. Yeah this is not for the players who have little game time during days, but for someone like me who plays quite lot, in 8h period you can easily get 800k essense in total and all other items that reduce cooldow like self revives and golden skulls and have all blueprints done the next day after getting to home after work.
Also thay are not trying to help us they are trying g to once again trick ppl Into play there game again I'm hoping that you guys are a bit smarter this go around and boycott this mode until they understand we refuse to accept shit like this

Did you subtract the time it takes to gather x amount of essence? I usually leave when the cloud starts expanding. Some players take it down all the way to final exfil.
Well to be fair I consider that time the same as not playing. If im in a game an hour thats also the same if im not unless I extract essence.
Number of contracts isn’t the problem it’s the contract to player ratio in tier 3
What would be the price to reduce cooldowns by 1/3 - 1/2?
Like a T3 crystal by a day

good you brought some reality to this. people are thinking i play a couple games and it knocks cooldown in half. aint gonna happen. i'm below average player. usually exfil with maybe 10-15 thousand. play 2 rounds a day. aint worth it for me. plus what they might do is also cut the R&G so still get same number of good items in same amount of time. this may also make people less likely to go to T3 or DE to risk their essence
That is kind of counterintuitive. I play two to three rounds of zombies a day. With the XP Weekend, I may play four or five rounds a day, but I'm not always grinding contracts. Looting can be a bit amusing to see how many you can get per round, but money wise you really have to focus on contracts exclusively. Granted, you can go the Tier 1 bazaar area and hit all the registers, boxes/crates/aethers, and maybe you'll get 2.5k to 3.5k in cash (while looting and selling).
Fingers crossed it gets a tweak before it comes out! Hoping my video is seen by someone at sledgehammer and they consider it!

Essence only is sad. Why not a combination of kills, contrasts, reviving other players, looted containers, special zombie kills, time in game, for a total match XP. It needs to be 2-3 heavy xp matches will reduce a flawless to be crafted again. They also need to add a wallet. Basically more of the DMZ structure.
Has anyone tried to deposit essence in the al bagra dead drop to see if that increases the value of essence?

Grinding red zone until the timer gets to blinking red then going to elder and i get around 50k-70k essence every time, ofc w maxed containment. But it is challenging for some to grind redzome unless you team w ppl in chat
Looting will be bigger part for items to sale fast and I like that…..

Yeah they definitely need to rework the entire cooldown-system.
And if we get faster access to certain schematics, we will also need a LOT more than 20 stash slots.
Hell, give us challenges that increase out stash slots like DMZ did it!

Solo reach 80 to 90k per game. Have to stay moving but its not difficult. That being said i still agree even at that its gonna be a waste if the purpose its the cooldown. Hopefully its scaled differently.

So I hate to say this , but some of the called rare Items should be found more often and @random. In all honesty , chasing from contract to contract , so you can punch up and than finally have enough to try to go to the" we will die zone" .. noobs ... then get a perk cola, really sucks .. or uhhh the same old schematic; you don't need for the xyz time. It gets a bit old. If I had my 2 sense ; I would say coold down and finding them more often in Loot is the way to go . I did finally kill the Stormchaser, and did the the infected Stronghold in the Red Zone Solo... still have not been to the Dark Zone 😂😂 oh well one day
Essence is super easy to get though. When you’re grinding anyways getting 200k in a match isn’t that difficult

Flawless being 3 days doesn't make sense. It would have made more sense of legendary tool was 3 days. If you containment level 100 you can get to pack 3 in about 10-12 mins.
It's like they only want us to play every 3 days. This game just keeps getting more disappointing every time they add stuff. Not only that, with t3 Bieng full of tombstone supers with scorchers, you're not getting 22 contracts a game. That's how your going to have to get 1 million essence is tombstone until you have enough then extract.

Are the schematic cool down times/rates shown from the spreadsheet what is actually coming in the reloaded update? Or is this just a rumor/leak/guess for what the cooldown times will be for a given amount of extracted essence? Other RUclipsrs that either say they were on the creator call or have talked about the creator call have said they don’t know what the actual reduction in cooldown times will be like

This is why people who do not play the game should actually not be in charge of updates.. If your chart is accurate even in someway no one will ever spend 115k essence for a pack 1.. Was excited about the changes, bought the new blackcell battle pass, unlocked everything. I was 5 guns away from Borealis, had every schematic unlocked except for the Epic tool and came home yesterday to my account being banned. Never cheated in their game and this is how they treat people? 😂
the containment levels are buggy as hell for me, sometimes they work in a match, sometimes they dont, and by that i mean thye dont give me the bonus essance or lower the prices on pap n perk machines etc

The thing is his calculations may be 100% wrong. Who knows if they include contacts, Exfil streaks, zombies killed and items extracted in the cooldown reduction. Ranting off speculation is ridiculous.
Tbh I find if you play a couple of games and alternate between old aether and new aether you usually get legendary items without even waiting for cool downs, last night I got 2 dog bones and 2 legendary tools in old, then next game got 2 mags and 2 refined crystals and even an aether blade in new aether match. Think players worry too much about cooldown just play the games right through to the dark aether every game, I very rarely use stash items

We all know it's a pve mode however with the buffed loot you don't have to wait for cooldowns just play the game work through contracts and you will get items for the next game that's the whole basis of the mode. It even says that in the text while map loads complete contracts get acquisitions for your next deployment simple
Buffed loot??? I have not noticed any buffed loot in tier 3 it's terrible still. blue tools. Backpacks, kill streaks is all I get have to go dark aeither every game to get stuff for next game

The essence to cooldown is pathetic. The cooldown times themselves are terrible, but shaving minutes off a 2-3 day cooldown is essentially worthless.
They need to add a dead drop system, or adjust cooldown times.
They desperately need to address the servers, they are hands down the worst ive seen in any game in my entire online gaming life. At BEST I'm in constant packet burst every game, at normal I'm in high latency, and out of nowhere getting downed or hit when all of a sudden I'm surrounded, when the second before i was completely open.
I dont know if this is a zombies only issue, since i dont play multiplayer or warzone, but its laughable, and really pushes me from wanting to play at all. And i cant be the only one, but crashing due to bad servers and losing all your stuff is an absolute deterrent.
Having it count as an elimination for doing the games content, in the dark aether needs to be addressed also.

Here is some knowledge for people that dont know...no matter how much containment lvl you have if you have more than 100 the game still recognize it as 100...i had 1039 lvl i crushed and i went back to 75 because game thinks im only 100...
Every time you die you drop by 25 lvls...so stop crying everyone that you lost 473827266373 lvls or something..
We already know the timer in schematics with fullgame and dark eather...it will be roughly 5 hours..when you finish a session it says that you have saved 5 hours or 4 in your ensured weapon so the same will be for every schematic..
Another tip...the less people you are the better the rewards in dark eather will be...i would suggest a team of 3 max or even solo...

Oof. Awful system. It should be 2-3 times the amount of the cost in-game. If I Exfil with 30k-45k essence, that should instantly unlock a Pack 2 crystal and Rare Tool at the very least.
To mid max pay respects after every game to reduce the cost to upgrade gun and pack a punch
I'm so f-ing close to shit canning this gam... just went into newest story mission just to see what I could get from the one rift at stadium. Final boss never showed up so portal never opened. Died & lost everything. 2x double crystal, legendary tool , mag of holding, & 3 epic tools . Such BS

I've had the flawless aetherium schematic loads of times and hasn't unlocked I'm pissed off with all the bugs this hasn't worked since the start of mwz.
I have been running 3 games a night and i consistently hit 6hr.
Guys and gals, you all need to realise that since the release of mw3, they had a DMZ mode of zombies in creation. Mwz is so big, bigger than wz that they couldnt just put everything they had planned for mwz all in one go. That would fully crash the game just like when wz2 was released and we had ro wait a week for it to be fixed. Soon they will intro a pvp mode. Mw3 is the largest game currently available. We need to be patient and wait. Just chill and stop complaining. Dont like mwz go play something else instead of complaining. Its always same story, "not good enough". They change things to make ppl happy then those same ppl complain saying the changes suck, when they wanted the change. Personally i like mwz its different from the old zombies and with the advantage that others can revive you and not kill you is great. Coz we all know what it feels like in pvp to have you loot stolen. So chill peeps enjoy the game coz once they stop the mode years later, you'll say, remember mwz.

I am pretty much done with Zombies after my last match. When every contract in T3 was nothing, but Med sack, rare tool, 2 plate vest and/or a cola. Rarely get anything good from T3. Then in the dark eather I got same junk with 2 of the contracts not giving me a classified. Exfilled with 1 epic tool and a gold plate vest. The T3 contracts is always the same, junk. What's the point of playing this garbage if it never gives anything good. Once I get all the achievements unlocked. This game will be getting uninstalled permanently... I will not even waste my time on COD 2024. Definitely will not waste any money on COD 2024. They can FO...

My take on this, this is a paid game not free, why is the cooldown so long or why is there a cool down if the intent is to motivate players to play the game? It does NOT make sense!
Just extract with Self Revives.
Those are worth 20 minutes, if you remember from DMZ dead dropping.
And they cost 5K each, which equals 20 min 50 sec according to the spreadsheet... Of course you usually receive and keep one or two in your inventory which will be an added bonus!

also to find a game with 30-50ms ping takes 20-40 mins, i refuse to play over 50 because no matter what my game crashes like its mcdonalds selling breakfast. every other game runs great, mwz straight strash. gotta love it every year gets worse and worse. the games cool and all but they just add to much dumb shit which just completely fucking ruins it. id rather no fucking schematics so at least that way you can enjoy it every game
They need to fix the tombstone glitch where you can give all you money to a friend or people are just going to abuse this. I exfiled with 400k and it took 26 hours of my cool down so max money will wipe the cooldown off. The problem is atm is it doesn't actually work and it reduces your schematics by zero even though it says on the exfil screen it does.. so releasing broken features.
Only way to stop the “DUPS” is cut cooldown times to ZERO! No gold items mean no one playing! You need leg tool gold plates and money for jug to take down megas…so why not glitch the game to play more? Eventually everyone’s going to move to gta 6…. And I’ve ran all T3 contracts and got sodas and blue tools… thanKS COD!!

Yeah this is not for the players who have little game time during days, but for someone like me who plays quite lot, in 8h period you can easily get 800k essense in total and all other items that reduce cooldow like self revives and golden skulls and have all blueprints done the next day after getting to home after work.
We can just tombstone until we get max then exfil
