How to Cook Beef Ribs on the Blackstone Flat Top | GrillGrate SearNSizzle™

  • How to cook Beef Ribs on the Blackstone Flat Top using the GrillGrate SearNSizzle™. Don't have a Blackstone, no problem, any flat-top will do. Learn how to cook ribs on blackstone griddle.
    Ingredient List:
    Beef Ribs
    Your Favorite Rub
    SearNSizzle™ needs to be up and over 400f for the best results
    Set your flat top on high.
    Start the meat side down for 10-15 minutes then flip.
    Go another 10-15 minutes bone side down, then flip.
    Finish off 15-20 minutes or until the desired temperature doneness is met. 165f+....
    Show Notes. If your Flat-top does not have a cover you can get creative and use your weber kettle cover or any pot pan type cover you have laying around. Wood chips or pellets add a nice smoky flavor but is not necessary. Choose your favorite side!!!

    Im digging this technique man. I have been in the market for a flat top for a hot minute now. Might just have to suck it up and go for a Blackstone. Great video and very informative as per the norm. Keep em coming.

    Love your videos and learning new stuff to try. Never would have thought about ribs on the flattop but fun to watch. Keep em coming! Only suggestion....... your background music could use a little improvement. hahaha! if that's the worst, its all good!

    Interesting video as always Tommy. Love how the GrillGrates add another mode of cooking to the Blackstone. I have used wood chips for many years. I am anti-soaking in water but I have never heard of soaking them in oil. What is the method and what is the advantage? Thanks.
