i think no set, maybe something like 1 min each
@@javimaestre8029 Right, but for newbies: Start with 40 seconds work/20 seconds rest for each movement. Work up to 1 minute for each movement with no rest. Then do 2 or 3 full rounds of 12 for a full workout. Rest for a minute or two between each full round of 12. Until you don't need to!
