This video is a beautiful metaphor for the coming of age we all experience in our lives. A tired, old coach is exhausted and sick of his life in the current age. He goes over to the computer and, after a moment of reflection, presses the button to travel back in time. He believes that life was better in his youth, so with the time machine he hopes to return to his wonderful days of youth. He was teleported back to the era of the dinosaurs, where he makes a new friend and introduces him to his current technology and his current self. He is loving his life in the past. Unfortunately, the robot patrol nearby reminds him that he can't stay here living a gleeful past life. Coach wasn't ready to return to his life in the present. He resented it, and hatched a plan to avoid it. He surprises the robot with his unexpected, charismatic personality and believes he has convinced the robot to befriend him. However, the only person he has _really_ convinced is himself. He has fooled himself into believing that this past life is the only one that matters, and that his current life is a misery so bad that he would do anything to stay in the past; a blissful, careless existence, or so he believes. The robot obeys and he flies off, hanging onto the robot. He leaves a card for his new friend, who he may never see again, thanking him for his companionship. The ending to this video is happy on the surface, but carries another solemn message underneath. Coach has flown off into the distance, as far away from the time travel portal as possible. He has done his best to run from his current existence, and the end of the video demonstrates this; he flies away, hoping that running will resolve his insecurity. In conclusion, this video is really a metaphor for our lives. At times, we may think "It was better back then", as coach believed. Coach has been transported back to a past life, trying to find happiness and optimism he has lost with age. Coach is showing us his desire to live in the past, but only because he can't handle the present. His joy at a return to a past life will be extinguished once he comes to the bleak realisation that the problem isn't the timeframe in which he is living; the real problem is inside him, his emotions decaying as he panics and attempts to find another, nonexistent explanation.
