Good ole efficiency, taking out the fun out of games Still remember the good ole days when your deck was filled to the brim with everything, Blade stacking never crossed my mind so everything took way longer 😂😂
This vid has literally helped me out big time when it comes to just doing dungeons and or just helping people quest a bit quicker and I appreciate the bid man. I learned something keep up the good work my Brotha
Very good explanation. I try to go by even fewer spells once I'm past level 60/Waterworks gear or even after I craft level 56 stuff from Wintertusk. This is because I then get close to (or over, depending on the pet) +100% damage as well as some really noticeable resist all. This allows me to either ignore or minimize healing and get by with fewer hits. I also dislike tri-blades because they cost a pip, but sometimes, when I know I'm running a little bit short on damage, I add one. Overall, a deck of 7-9 spells working 99% of the time is very achievable and desired. A good addition to this video would be utilizing pet cards to your advantage: pets with school blades and sharpen, especially the deckathalon pets - yes, you need to train to mega to make the most out of it, but they are so insanely useful! Pets with feints, stacking with your own and Jewel of the Feint's, allow for some fantastic feint stacking quite early in the game. Yet another topic: cards from jewels. My favorite example: Astute Necromancer's deck, sold in Marleybone, has a triangular slot which can be filled (after unlocking) with a Deer Knight Onyx; the latter, in turn, can be randomly crafted using a very easy recipe. All for level 25 - talk about plugging the Death's weakness of no low-pip AoE! Last but not least: adding prisms. For bosses, you can't normally avoid those, but for the street mobs, a little bit of armor piercing solves most problems. By level 75, you can start using Opaque Piercing jewels (+4%), dropping in Mirror Lake and beyond, plus you might want to farm for gear in Meowiarty Archmage Duel (level 70) to get fewer damage and resist than Waterworks, but better piercing, accuracy and power pip chance. So be mindful of your gear when you choose spells. The more damage you have, the fewer attack spells you have to put; same with resist and healing.
Questing and general mobbing my decks are as follows: Quest: Blades (one of each unique without including spirit blades) One AoE. one medium pip single hit (potential for 1-2 wand hits depending on class) Boss: Blades (1 of each) feint, One AoE, one medium pip single hit (potential for 1-2 wand hits depending on my class) Most important thing of a deck, Stacked TC slots with strong hitting low pip cost cards.... sounds weird but surprisingly amazing.... Had plenty of times where i hit and the boss didnt die and the tc came in clutch... for instance i run a tc deck of lord nightshades on my death while im questing right now.... 3 pip for 330 damage stacked with all my damage items is great usually hits well above 1000 each cast.
The reason for the set up is im all about speed questing and as far as speed goes you cant get any faster than a blade buff into instant aoe... currently level 90 and its still a solid deck style
theres only one deck setup: 2x 4 pip drag aoe, 1x epic, 1x 5-6 pip shad aoe, 1x school blade, 1x sharpen and 1x frenzy, total 7 cards hope u found my guide helpful 😎
For a couple of my decks I run less enchants than hits so I can guarantee I draw cards because you most likely don’t need to use all of your hits in the same fight.
So what about survivability? Should shields be used at all? I know in Celestia they hit like trucks the first round and can easily kill you by third turn because if their critical
As long as you have good stats, you shouldn't be worried about dying too fast. I've never carried shields in my deck and I get away with it fine, but if you find it necessary you definitely can.
10:55 after the changes on Headless Horseman, would you now recommend a 3-pip + shadow pip school-equivalent single-target spell, a 4-pip school-equivalent single-target spell or a 4-pip school-equivalent aoe spell?
Thats up to you. Personally I would obviously recommend judgement in boss decks, since judgement is one of the strongest damage per pip spells in the game.
So how would you go about getting a -90% damage from efrit or shields off of enemies using this method? This seems to be a one shot wonder with all the stacking and such. For one spell but if that spell fails to kill the enemy it seems like you would be stuck in the water
@@KaiserNoah I wouldn't DARE slap a damage increaser on myself when trying to solo a Leviathan cheat-spam caster like that Floating Island Boss Guaman Skyfall... >_

Depends on what situation you're in. Easiest thing to do its add a few healing spells to the boss deck for regular situations. And maybe have a deck that's dedicated wholly towards healing and support if you are just doing that during a boss fight or the like.
