This is definitely my issue. Most of my flower beds have little to no color right now. My glads are giving great height and color and my perennial sweet peas are too but most of the other beds need help! Thank you.

Hi Cynthia. I'm so glad that I'm not the only one that has flower beds that need more color this time of year. I'm definitely looking around my own yard for inspiration so that I can start digging, dividing and moving plants that are giving some color right now to other areas that are lacking. 😊💗

I have learned so much from you Vita. I divided 10 year old Dianthus today for next year. I'm zone 4 and am having a cool week of weather. Your bed is coming along nicely.

Thank you, Laurie! I'm so happy to hear that you divided your Dianthus. You must have gotten so many plants from that 10 year old Dianthus. How wonderful! Things have definitely started to cool down here as well. We had a very hot and humid summer so this weather is like a breath of fresh air. 😊🌻

I like sedum. There is so much variety to sedum. There are short ones and tall ones. They give so much for so little effort.

I allow my alliums to dry out and then winter sow the seeds. It’s small grass like plants this year but I’m hoping they bloom next year.

Great to know! I'm looking forward to collecting the seeds from my alliums this year. 😊💗
