Thank you! I googled everywhere trying to fix this and it turns out that YOUR instruction to click "OK" on the remote (once it came up on Tv screen) was what was missing from my new TV's instructions! There was NO instruction to confirm the pairing with "OK"

there';s an icon of "wheels" or a wheel "cog" - that's where settings will be found. Scroll through that option and you will locate "device option"

Press the Home button and OK button together to activate bluetooth pairing mode in your remote and u should be able to find the remote in bluetooth pairing
