      @@ruppertrocksgeology well if short and informative was the goal... you succeeded. I have cast a very wide net in regard to my geoloical/mineralogical research but cleavage was kinda confusing fsr. But your simple explaination made me realize I was way overthinking it.       You can look up dodecahedral cleavage. That will be what you are looking for.

    does the last one count as 1 cleavage plane since the planes are parallel?

      Anytime a plane is parallel to another plane it is by definition the same plane. So I am not sure what you mean by the "last one" but if they are parallel then yes!
