That cloud nine rayon is absolutely stunning. Glad I’m in Australia and can’t order regularly while watching these videos!

Shirtdress is my favourite garment to sew- I've made so many for myself and my sister. Love your fabrics, that emerald tencel stole my heart, what a beauty

Inspiring indeed. Working on hacking a shirt pattern into a dress with big sleeves and tiered skirt. Will be testing in cheaper fabric but would lovely in one of the viscoses you showed. 💕

I had never heard the term, ‘baby cord’ before. I’ve always known it as ‘pinwale cord’. No wonder fabric shopping online is getting harder, everyone gives things different names. I was trying to find printed sweatshirt fleece last winter and came up blank (Australia). One of our major craft stores was calling it, “polar fleecy”. Not at all what comes to mind when I think ‘polar fleece’. Another called it ‘fuzz buster fleece’ (unprinted). Oh, for goodness sake. I was cashed up, ready to buy and hit a brick wall. I know heathered and marle often get strange names too.

Hello really enjoy your videos. I am looking to make a shift dress that i can transition through the seasons. Which fabric would you recommend other than linen. Thanks

Hi Shifa, we would recommend a cotton linen, needlecord, jacquard or Tencel twill. You can order swatches from our shop if you would like to get an idea of the weight of the fabric :)

What do you mean when you say bottom wight versus top weight dress quality

    • @SewMeSunshine

Hi Elizabeth, bottom weight fabrics are for garments such as trousers, jumpsuits or boilersuits, top weight fabrics are for tops, blouses, dress - etc :)

I love you’re videos. As brick and mortar stores are closing, it’s very difficult to buy fashion fabric online. These videos are a great help! Do you ship to the USA?❤️

Hey! Harriet here - yes we ship to the USA. We ship all over the world for fixed prices ☺️
