I grew up in Paducah Ky also. I got pulled over and the cops let me go too… the next day! 🤣 Im 3 years older than Steve so if he was 16 I got pulled over when i was 19. Maybe the same cop.
I’m sure they do…. But a person doesn’t have to be black to feel that! If they don’t know what they’ve done, MOST humans especially those without much police interaction will feel nervous and anxious.

Wow! Now that’s what a black child feels when stopped by a cop for unknown reasons. It’s scary!
