Brother Chapman, your music has definitely and still does minister to my soul today as it had a few years ago thru hard valleys to high, hilltops of happiness sharing what God has done thru you and for me. Keep on keeping on for Jesus!

I just can’t believe how SCC’s life continues to meet me where I’m at in my life!! God bless him for being open and honest! My husband and myself have to seen many marriage counselors and we too have experienced unforeseen pain in life. SCC I believe goes through hard things to minister to us how to go through these hard life situations. Father God may my life be poured out for others as well. 🔥🙌🏻

Great interview! I've been listening to SCC from the very beginning of his career. God has worked wonderfully in his life! We never know where the road is going to take us, but it's all about Trust in God! Doubts do come; recognizing that the evil one is always trying to pull us away, helps us to say STOP! Let go & let God!

Yes, the world still needs new songs from SCC! You always have a way of putting things that puts a new perspective on God's goodness, faithfulness, love, mercy, and the trials of this life - but with the emphasis that this is NOT the end. Your songs have always been edifying, and often challenge my faith and make me dig deeper. Please don't stop writing and singing and sharing your songs!

Thank you for Still making the songs God is writing. My husband and I aren't much younger and married for 34 years now. Much has happened. Your new songs this year really hit me in this new chapter we are going through. Still and Don't Lose Heart are what I needed. We have found your songs to be on target every step of this life.

Really loving the new music! May was tough for us. My brother-in-law passed away and then 10 days later my momma. "Still" has been played a LOT the last 6 weeks. Thankful His faithfulness endures forever!

I wasn't that moved by his last album and the Joy Xmas one (I love the music of Christmas so much though). However this new album...gave me similar feelings to the Speechless and Declaration albums (the last great albums from him imo). Loved almost every track on this new one I don't know whether he has specifically gone back a bit stylistically but I love it
However these six albums are just amazing and will never be topped

I love this old music but to be honest I am tired of the Great Adventure. Played it so many times, so I look forward to his new music.

Some much talk of being black, or whatever. How about us focusing on Jesus and the cross. The very MESSAGE of the Bible is to focus on Jesus. Black theology DEMANDS we focus on race and the color of your skin. None of those things are important. If you are black, or white, or any other color, NONE of that matters. Seek Jesus and the cross and know that you have fallen so short of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Maybe when you become perfect (sarcasm), we can worry about your neighbor's shortcomings in race, or their language (cussing) problem, or their (name any other sin) problem.
For the time being, let's just all come together in love, realizing WE are all in need of Jesus' grace and NONE of us are better than our peers. We all just need Jesus. That gets rid of any pride or way we can subject others to OUR problems and OUR treatment from others, because in the end, OUR concern should rest in HIM. If we are focused on RACE, we aren't focused on God. PEROID!
