Pakistan is one of the best country for tourism. every weather and different places here in pakistan. welcome to yours have a great time spending in pakistan
The picture you showed on instagram must be taken in different month when its all green . unfortunately you have visited in wrong time otherwise Pakistan is very beautiful. Pakistan is also called Heaven On Earth. Enjoy your trip
Yes, the joke I was trying to make - how it should look versus how it looked while we were there haha. Inshallah we can visit again in warmer months and experience even more beauty of Pakistan. Thanks for watching!
It was indeed a very different experience in 90's. Towns and villages along the kkh were very remote and there were not much facilities tbh I had a mixed feeling of joy and fear in 90's while travelling on kkh at full moonlit night. It was August then and Indus river was roaring . It was horrific 😂

1:49...my sweet friend Instagram picture is real but this picture capture in June July August.... and you can visit in winter that is reason brother please again visit this place in summer like July August ❤️
Yeah we were just showing what the view is meant to look like on a clear day to show how big the mountain is. We went in winter so the weather isn’t as good ☺️ still amazing to visit any time of year though 😀
The Instagram reality you posted is in Summer and this Vlog you uploaded is made in Winters where there is no grass or greenery everywhere in world, come in June July month you will find the exact pic which you posted in start of video.
Yeah the picture was just to highlight how it looks at the ideal time to travel. Since we were off season (winter time) we didn’t get the best view of mountain. ⛰️ next time though 😎
Great going guys appreciate ur efforts n enjoying ur time too .. from ur travels you guys missed kpk province to explore.. anyways keep up the Kool work . ✌️
Thank you! Unfortunately when we were there during winter we were faced with some road closures so we had to change plans and routes which meant we couldn't visit all the places we wanted to. Thank you for the suggestion though!
ASH & DAN, You guys went to Northern Pakistan in a time, when it is too cold and even the local people over there move from those areas to a bit warmer areas.
It was very cold! But having these amazing places all to yourself free of any other tourists was a very special experience 🇵🇰 luckily we had warm clothing and jackets with us! Thank you for watching ☺️
Be happy and enjoy extreme weather 😅 ... Pakistan landscape looks like science fiction so wonderful 👍🏻 ... You can also visit muree swat and naran kaghan where is weather normal
Hey Ash and Dan..... excited for the vlog... cover up well.... cold 🥶 given the wind chill factor it can easily plummet to -30 Degrees Celsius. ... Get ready for the khunjerab Pass. Pak China border.
Ohhh yeah, the wind chill was certainly about when we visited 🥶 amazing scenery though! We did visit back in March so I imagine the colours of the landscape has changed a bit and would be even more beautiful now (and warmer!)
@AshAndDan. Sadly the worst heatwave ever recorded in the history of Pakistan due to global warming has caused more than 7238 glaciers to melt and that would be causing not just suburban flooding but all the cities that you visited are at the risk of inundation be it Islamabad, Abbottabad, Peshawar, Gilgit, Hunza, Chitral, Lahore, Multan all the way down to Karachi. Soon the alerts will be released all over the world. May Allah forgive our sins and have mercy on us.

You might not know kkh is called as 8th wonder of wold, it's a marvel of engineering by Pakistani and Chinese engineers who worked together on this road and lost their lives, there's a cemetery of engineers and workers at some point on kkh which I have forgotten the exact place, I think the construction of kkh was started in 1968
Thanks for sharing! We did know it was called the 8th wonder of the world and I think it deserves this title as to build a road through that kind of landscape is an amazing achievement! We hope you enjoyed our video 👍
The Instagram Vs reality pic was a bit harsh. It's Still looks like winter turning spring. Due to altitude its will be late July August for the best views. Weather warms and it all springs to life
It wasn’t meant to be anything offensive. It was to show our viewers how big the mountain is as because it was cloudy we couldn’t see the top. Thanks for watching 👍

Ash and Dan, welcome to GIlgit Baltistan guys. I hope you will have a great time hear. Just one request: please talk to locals about the political status of GIlgit Baltistan. It is not part of Pakistan and the country has ruled us for 76 years illegally. We reserve the right to self determination according to the universal bill of human rights and we are demanding total internal autonomy from Pakistan. Since we do not have media and communications networks of our own, the state of Pakistan has built this false narrative that we are happy under its illegitimate rule. The truth is we are not and we want democracy in Gilgit Baltistan. Please highlight this or at least try to learn more about it from locals. Please give a voice to locals.
