Best wishes to you and your family! As a tinkerer, I've got to ask, what was the issue with the movement after the first assembly that required another strip down?

    • @NekkidWatchmaker

Thanks mate. When the shock spring came of, I think I accidentally rubbed the oil of the jewel whilst faffing around with the spring. so it was running dry. Someone else thought I may have put the jewel on the flat side up.

Then figure out the original problem. I just fix Seiko automatics for my watch collection now.Very easy to work on and get a good result. I am learning so much from these videos.

At least one certain thing is that God has this. Loved this piece. Was great to watch. Thanks again.

The watch is a “Timeless” this of beauty. Love your videos and so impressed by your work. From a retired T&D maker of 42 years.

Good dad! Giving access to the child! Some things are no bother to the channel when love is involved. Lucky guy!

Have to admit, part of the reason I watch for every new video is to hear your brother's music.

I enjoy a regular service on a beautiful, simple watch as much as a restoration of a nearly destroyed hyper-complex watch. You do a great job, and I love the occasional interruptions by the kids. Makes me feel part of the family... 😊
