The Brook Wingman XB 2 adapter with a USB-A to original XBox controller port works great for the mighty XBox. You can play with a contemporary Xbox Series Controller wired or wirelessly. The same Wingman adapter works with XBox360, too. Pretty slick.

That is sick! Pretty much exactly my dream senario for Xbox. If that adapter is compatible with the 8bitdo Ultimate BT, then I’m set, will have something that works for all my consoles. Still like the feel of the Retro Fighter Hunter, but convenience of one controller for everything is something I’ve been chasing.

On your recommendation, I got a wingman adapter, for PS3 to start. Works with my 8bitdo Ultimate BT, so I’m happy. Just need to get one for my Xbox and then I will actually be able to use that controller for all my stuff!

My recap on the Retro Fighters Brawler is that the WiFi variant is OK, but the absence of rumble is a major downer for me, so much so I bought the bluetooth version (which has rumble) and paired that with the Blueretro BT adapter. For the Defender I have a Grey one for my PS1 and a black one for my PS2 and have no complaints in terms of their reliability and performance. I even bought a bluetooth Defender for use with my PS3 and it does the job just fine. As for the Battler, I've not really had chance to use it a great deal as I tend to use my Wii for playing GC games

i got the new v2 wired brawlers that have the digital z triggers like the wireless version which for me is the best version. seeing as Retrofighters are now releasing a 'pro' version for GC im hoping they do the same for the brawler and make it wireless with built in rumble

We need a Retro Fighter Pro or something, with microphone capabilities, Since we now have services like Insignia that support VOIP on the original xbox controller.

You can sync any retro fighters controller with any other of it's wireless adapters.

I knew that you could mix and match the Blade and Battlers, didn’t know that you can mix…kinda all of it. Just paired my Blade to the Xbox Receiver for the Hunter…yup, it works. Cool beans.
