I only live thirty minutes away, spent about three days getting my lightning cleaned up, and my wife had to make me stay in line once we got there. I was totally over it when I saw how slow the line was moving. I was however really glad that I took my Lightning instead of my foxbody because my left knee would have been smoked from working the clutch that much. If I go again, I will probably park outside and watch some of the cars cruise in.

Hey had a quick question, I have an 86 mustang that had a v6, I put in a 5.0 and I have the Holley terminator x harness and ecu, it won’t start cause of no spark. I wired in a relay that gives the positive side of the coil full 12v but with a test light we tested the actual coil and the light is dim coming out of the coil, any suggestions?

Ya I'm sure I would have enjoyed it a lot more if inside. Y'all definitely had a nice area and I would stayed longer if in there. The outside area was not very welcoming to chill and hang out in my opinion.
@@TheInfamousProject if you've not been to a Goodguys event at TMS yet they are really good as well since Foxbodys are in the year range to be able to go now. For LMR or Goodguys I'd be happy to help ya get set up with us parking and even help find ya a place to stay if ya wanna join in.

@@TheInfamousProject glad you noticed the frame 😆. It’s a full frame off restoration I did in my 3 car garage. 99% done by myself. Took 8 months during Covid lockdowns.
As an admin of the North Texas Foxbody Club we would have welcomed you to have parked with us had we of seen you and knew you were coming. All of us with Lightning’s met up at the buccees at 730 and all drove in together. That’s how we all got parked together.
They also put me in the big area but 15 minutes later I pulled into the fox area for that reason.i was surrounded by S550’s.

I was wondering if you had gone,you could've parked with the rest of the foxes,the speedway wouldn't allow lmr,brew2l,n foxcast to sell anything they would have to give it away instead, I asked brew 2l n that's what he told me

Im so mad. Wished someone would have sent you up to the shop area where all the foxes were parked. We walked the large parking area before you arrived. Glad you made it this year. Epic turn out.

You could have parked with NTFC in the foxbody area. My biggest issue was they made it the same weekend as the F-1 race. So a lot of us foxbody guys here in Austin didn’t go because of that.

maybe its my own entitlement showing but i would assume a guy as influential in the community would be placed among other like minded people. If i was event organizers i would seriously consider organizing the cars by generations because if thats where they park you then i couldn't imagine me wanting to make a 400 mile round trip to feel excluded.
