@leea63 yep. There are a few variances, but it's as bad a tract housing. I will say they do find a few unique ways to pi$$ us off and hate the MLs, especially on those shorter 1-3hr. dramas. There's a few I'd light on fire or throw them on the deepest, darkest dungeon and let them.rot.
But see "the family" mainly the schemer, his mum and dad thought that Ming Wei was taking advantage of the ML because he had lost his memory and only remembered his character as the Grand Tutor in the movie he was making with the FL..in the movie the Grand Tutor loved the female lead but in real life, before his car accident the ML and the FL weren't even dating..but the scheming "childhood friend" made the FL out to be a gold digger taking advantage of him in his current amnesia state...hence his mum and dad's attitude...
The scheming should not have been able to say anything at all. After he got his memory back of who he was, but lost the memory of the being the Grand Tutor, he let this women get away with a lot, even though they were apparently only friends. Even if he does not remember or care about Ming Wei, he needed to be more clear about his relationship with this other women. Also the mom should not have grabbed Ming Wei dad's arm, especially considering how upset he was, he did not to do that.
This is such a cruel drama. She should write a book on her time spent with the worthless piece of trash and his whole family and how she was used from the beginning.
Never in my life would I ever be friends,how much more with a relationship with a weak man...he doesn't have a mind if his own...easily manipulated...why these writers always make the fl as saintly...it's not a virtue at all,because people would always take advantage.

Police in a democracy will never interfere in family matters. The wife should have sued the husband in the family court unless mistresses are condoned in China. Many Cdrama revolve around this storyline cliche'.
This is such a ridiculous drama, she decided to marry a man who had lost his memory and thought she was some princess. She got what she deserved for being the stupidest person on the planet, but in this clip his mother was the first to get physical so why is the FL begging him not to prosecute her father, it makes no sense. The ML just stands their while his female friend tells the dad it is his fault and then calls the police to have him arrested, what a useless man
