I don't care if they were pretending, the FL doesn't need a boyfriend or friend like that. He could have just told her the truth and spared her the heartbreak. Some people can't deal with this type of heartbreak and try to harm themselves; so it begs the question, why use such a stupid premise of sleeping with your girlfriend's friend.
Just the idea of the Ml faking a bed scene with the Fl's bestie to breakup to protect her is the most ludicrous idea ever. Not only does she lose her boyfriend, but her bestie and then they don't consider the consequences of those lame brain actions. Then they immediately rush to look for her? And why is the bestie always taking care of the Ml instead of his male friends. Makes no sense. I did love the camaraderie of the friends. Drama ended without completion.
The question is, why is he closer to the bestie and she takes care of him--the writer put stupid plots in these dramas that just don't make sense in reality. In reality, these two would have feelings for each other.
