End-to-end Automation with UiPath: Insights from Amundi's IT lead

Diego Benci from Amundi talks about how UiPath can be used with other systems to automate tasks. He also talks about the benefits of using it for automation. He goes into detail about implementing RPA across Amundi's global operations, starting with a proof of concept in HR, and expanding to over 80 employees in 23 countries.
Benci highlights the use of Automation Hub for Task Capture, the transition to cloud-based Document Understanding, and the potential of Process Mining and Communications Mining to identify and resolve bottlenecks. He says UiPath has changed their work, making hard processes easy and fast.
