Hey! So I ended up taking everything off the truck and moving to a jeep gladiator. But for the LR2 I never did and mods to the truck itself other than upgraded tires, but I really only ever used it on dirt roads and super easy off road trails.
Howdy! This is the kitchen and the faucet is from dometic, I got that from REI. For the water tank I ordered a generic 2.5 gallon one off Amazon and just ran a hose into it.
