様子見ながら演奏している感じですねぇ。一人ひとりの実力が活かしきれてない。皆さんプロで忙しいと思うので、全体練習に走りがちだとは思います。少ない人数やパート別で練習していかないとダメかも。どんな演奏をしたいのか皆んなが皆んな分からない状態で進んでいくと勿体無い。
