BrewDog boss accused of excusing 'culture of fear' in the company

The craft beer brewer has been handed an open letter from over 300 members of staff accusing them of a systemic toxic work environment.
BrewDog co-founder James Watt has ordered an independent review after employees accused the company’s founders of creating an aggressive culture that excused sexism, misogyny and left some feeling harassed.
Sky's business correspondent Paul Kelso visited the brewery.
