They were a good modern counterbalance to the more old school romance between CK and Lous. And Justin has chemistry with everybody on the show. Plus, we get gratuitous nudity from Oliver Queen when it’s usually half dressed girls on this show.

Odds are she only slept with Oliver. Arthur was in Smallville for like 2 days. Also Oliver is literally a placeholder for Bruce Wayne in this series because they were aiming to replicate Clark’s best friend in adulthood but they couldn’t use Batman due to the bat embargo probably due to the Nolan trilogy. Lois and Bruce Wayne have been a thing before so makes sense why they paired Lois with the Bruce placeholder that is Oliver.
