FYI , Chester also fronted Stone Temple Pilots and has done many rock covers including “ Whole Lotta Love” by Led Zeppelin. You also might want to react to LP’s cover of “Wish” by NIN. Killed it. Travelled to London just to see Dead By Sunrise, and it was very much worth it. Such an intense energy in their performance, and quite intimate compared to LP. It was cool seeing Chester perform so up-close.
Chester also did a song called "Morning After" wich had a remix featured on the Underworld Evolution soundtrack. He had played it live before on linkin park shows on a accoustic guitar and they added it to the Dead by Sunrise album as a bonus track (the normal studio version).
i believe Chester and the guys from Orgy (I think??) got together between the hiatus from Meteora to Minutes To Midnight and started making an album, but it wasnt finished when LP started working on and touring for MTM. DBS released their album in 2009, Chester toured with them, came home, recorded A Thousand Suns (2010) with LP, and then toured that with them into 2011. Chester was busy those few years lmao

There's also an EP that Chester made with Stone Temple Pilots, called High Rise, whose songs have more of a soft rock feeling (less aggressive than Dead by Sunrise). Unfortunately, it's just five songs, but they're very very cool! I hope you could check them out!
