I'm working my damn ass off to be able to afford a 21' Steiger. I've been dreaming about these boats for 20 years. I've only seen a couple on the Great Lakes ... I want one, and eventually I'm going to buy one. I love Al Steiger's no bullshit ways, he reminds me of my uncle Alexander who flew B-17's in WWII. Honest tough guys, good guys who want to do right by people.

@@jamesmcnaughton5092 I’ve seen plenty! Tender love and care just like any other boat. It’s a shame they still build the transom, gunwale and roof of the house cored with wood. All coosa and glass for me!
i bought a 23 long beach and love it. Its a beautiful boat and the only regret i have is the size. I wished i had gone bigger but that's the only regret.
Question, why can't I find any video of the Steiger 255 DV in rough water conditions? Zero videos in bad conditions for these boats, do they not ride well in rough seas?

Anyone ever own a sterndrive Steiger? That big hole in the transom causes problems eventually for every I/O boat.

Have a 255 Miami and it us fantastic in rough water, blows away the Parker in these types of seas.
