    Ingredients -:
    1 Cup - Poha
    1/2 Cup - Suji
    1 Cup/250ml - Water
    1/3 Cup - Curd
    1/2 Tsp - Salt
    1/4 Tsp - Ajwain
    1/4 Tsp - Pepper Powder
    For Tadka :-
    1 Tbsp - Oil
    1 Tsp - Chana Dal
    1 Tsp - Urad Dal
    1/4 Tsp - Rai/Black Mustard Seeds
    1/2 Tsp - Cumin Seeds
    1 Green Chilli
    2-3 Garlic Cloves
    1 Inch Ginger
    6-8 Curry Leaves
    1 Pinch - Hing
    1 Small Onion
    2 Tbsp - Carrot
    1 Tbsp - Capsicum
    1 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
    1/2 Tsp - Soda/Eno Baking Soda
    1 Tsp - Oil
    1/4 Tsp - Sesame Seeds
    Chutney Ingredients :-
    For Chutney :-
    2 Small - Tomatoes
    1 Small Onion
    1 Tbsp - Raw Peanuts
    4-6 Garlic Cloves
    2 - Dry Red Chilli
    1 Inch - Ginger
    1/2 Cup - Water
    Salt To Taste
    For Tadka :-
    1 Tbsp - Oil
    1/2 Tsp - Cumin
    1/2 Tsp - Rai/Black Mustard Seed
    5-6 Curry Leaves
    1/4 TSP - Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
    1/2 Tsp - Lemon Juice
    1 Tbsp - Coriander Leaves
