I started doing this meditation over a year ago. I was pretty consistent with it at least every other day. Going through a divorce and severe depression and anxiety, I let my mental and spiritual health routines fall away. Today I started again, and the realization that I am always connected to Spirit was strong. The energy moved through me so powerfully, as if to remind me I never disconnected like I thought I did. I feel stressed, anxious and angry.. and tired. I feel guilty about those feelings because am a mom of 3 (oldest is 6) it is affecting my life so i decided to start meditating and this made me feel better. Thank you

Wow! Like this is the first time I’ve ever meditated and felt these sensations…caught me off guard at first cause i didn’t know what was happening but truly amazing!!!🥰
Couldn’t visualise some of the energy flow but I felt the tingling and more like waves rather than vibrations. Also, felt like there was a man sat beside me throughout it...? Not threatening but just present, watching...
I'm not able to focus on this one.😞 It. Had SUCH BEAUTIFUL relaxing music and instructions, HOWEVER i believe its the sound of your voice and the faster pace within your voice/the faster rate you speak at -vs- the vibe and the tenderness and slowness of the music in the background. Just healthy feedback...because the music was slower placed n gentle...your voice seemed almost forced off script...i was WAY behind on breaths...lol and JUST when i would start to over ride that and tap into THAT energy...MY ability to concentrate on there/that part etc... would QUICKLY be displaced by your next instructions before i hand a chance to finish 1st instruction..I would STILL be at certain sensations...then quickly asked to concentrate on else wise.. for example "the golden ball of light" i simply could NOT focus long enough, to feel it...before we were to move onto the next part. I can't just "dive in"! As with ME It needs to come less forced and aggressive...for my body to come out to a natural state and for my breathing is VERY slower paced, LOL so i was behind which made me flustered...which made me panic. Sucks because I liked this, I just could not get into the right "vibe" to concentrate ..so I'm going to try again, when I'm better able to "open up, focus, and concentrate better" ... HOWEVER ....thank you Ps( maybe you can do this one again...? but in a more slower paced and softer spoken voice?) It seemed as if the music Did NOT "sync up"/correspond with your voice and the bolder pace of it.... but I still very much enjoyed the concept!
One of the good reasons for meditation is that it can help you learn to focus. So when you feel discouraged you say to yourself "No, not important", continue to try and don't feel bad about not focusing. Keep going, that is also when Patience & compassion for yourself and others kicks in because you learn that it is OK to "mess up" or Lose Focus, just keep going positively, be nice to yourself as if you were a child fragile emotional, the baby will cry if you yell. (Subconsciously that hurts no matter what level of negative it is, stay nice) When the thoughts ; memories of your life or day come in to bother or even the moment, and your like "i'm wasting time she's gonna tell me to breath again & focus on the ball... shiii i'm wasting more time.... forget this... NO. Accept the fact that you lose focus, OK keep going. No one is here to tell me i'm wrong or be mean to me But MYSELF. so i will be calm and let the unnecessary things float by.. see them let them go, and keep doing my thing. . I hope i helped.
How can I be expected to cope or live in this mad matrix world when I have healed or cleared the trauma in my system that caused me to be so confused and ungrounded and u sure of myself in the first place.
I find when visualising light, it is easier to not put stress on yourself to make an image. If you just calm your mind and make sure there is no tension in your forehead, don't think it, imagine seeing it. I hope this helps because I found this frustrating when I try.

Maybe you are just not ready to meditate, it can be a problem of control that many people can have that makes it hard to completely experience meditation. Don’t force yourself I used to not be able to meditate because I felt uncomfortable to relax until one day I felt like trying it again and it worked really well, it’s also about accepting you want that help and believing in it. It also comes to choosing the right méditation maybe start with Chakra meditation to get your body familiar or simply start with 5-10 minute breathing exercise to also get familiar to relaxation. Let go of whatever you’re trying to hold on to. Hope this help and good luck, don’t compare yourself to others let things happen naturally. We all have our own paths and react or experience meditation differently 🐞🐞

@@qrystalliliaa6281 But even if you want to do it its less about forcing yourself in the sense of its not something you want to do its more forcing your body and putting pressure on your body when if it isn't reacting to it for now its for a reason. and the fact that you listen to affirmations etc all day doesn't mean that your body will accept it. For example sometimes when someone wants to loose weight they will work out and eat differently but they won't loose weight in the same way someone else will or even sometime it won't work on her body because the body or the brain (which are related) doesn't accept it yet or react to it. and even if you beleive you are ready sometimes we don't realise their is something you are holding back. Another example my best friend felt really bad recently and we hadn't seen each other in 6 months we had planned to see each other and I called her a few times to confirm and she ignored me after pushing I told her that we didn't have to talk about what was bothering her when we meet we can just have fun, but she just wasn't in the mood and clearly she didn't want to see me because she knew that their were things that she didn't want to admit to herself in that time of confusion for her that she knew by seeing me I would obviously bring them up to the conversation we ended up seeing each other a week later where she had worked it out and let her body digest and be open to seeing me (because we always end up having deep conversations). Meditation and spirituality isn't about that control of your conscious brain saying and telling yourself that you really want to, its about the tuning in of the subtle subconscious and our body as energy try to stop listening to all those videos every day (except if its helping you in a certain way that would give you anxiety if you stopped) and maybe just start by breathing exercises to ease into it, and don't worry there is nothing wrong with you its just that sometimes in our lives there are things we really want to work that don't because its not supposed to at that time when maybe in a year you'll feel like you want to listen to a meditation and do it and feel it. The first step I think is for you to tune in to your body with those breathing exercise just at night lie in your bed lights of but 10 minute awareness guided meditation and breathe deeply and loudly and try to be aware of how your cells and body react to it.

For example sometimes when someone wants to loose weight they will work out and eat differently but they won't loose weight in the same way someone else will or even sometime it won't work on her body because the body or the brain (which are related) doesn't accept it yet or react to it. and even if you beleive you are ready sometimes we don't realise their is something you are holding back. Another example my best friend felt really bad recently and we hadn't seen each other in 6 months we had planned to see each other and I called her a few times to confirm and she ignored me after pushing I told her that we didn't have to talk about what was bothering her when we meet we can just have fun, but she just wasn't in the mood and clearly she didn't want to see me because she knew that their were things that she didn't want to admit to herself in that time of confusion for her that she knew by seeing me I would obviously bring them up to the conversation we ended up seeing each other a week later where she had worked it out and let her body digest and be open to seeing me (because we always end up having deep conversations).
Meditation and spirituality isn't about that control of your conscious brain saying and telling yourself that you really want to, its about the tuning in of the subtle subconscious and our body as energy try to stop listening to all those videos every day (except if its helping you in a certain way that would give you anxiety if you stopped) and maybe just start by breathing exercises to ease into it, and don't worry there is nothing wrong with you its just that sometimes in our lives there are things we really want to work that don't because its not supposed to at that time when maybe in a year you'll feel like you want to listen to a meditation and do it and feel it. The first step I think is for you to tune in to your body with those breathing exercise just at night lie in your bed lights of but 10 minute awareness guided meditation and breathe deeply and loudly and try to be aware of how your cells and body react to it.
