Oh ok that makes alot of sense to me. I too am a new travel trailer owner I bought it on May 9th 2014 and I LOVE IT! It's a 2006 Forest River Cherokee 28a+ and my dream is to camp my way all through Florida because to me it's the most BEAUTIFUL state in the country. Anyway I really loved the idea of putting a go pro on the roof of the trailer it's a nice birds eye view of everything that is going on around you. Thanks so much for sharing your adventures and I LOVE the sights and sounds of Florida. :-)
Great Video Robert! I live in Cincinnati and members of my family have a plantation very near Thomasville. I visit there often. Been on the road between Cincy to Atlanta to Thomasville via 319 more times than I can remember. Also go into Tallahassee a lot. Thank you so much for being so brutally honest about the new Capitol Building. It really IS an eyesore! I'm going down there next week and will think of you when I exit I75 in Tifton to 319. Happy traveling!
Very nice video Robert. Would you consider doing a review of your Micro Minnie, now that you have made several trips in it. The pros and the cons and are you happy with your purchase so far.
Hey Robert I am LIVING all your video's! However I do have a question for you. When you were at the Tampa RV show you seemed like you had your mind made up on buying a motor home. What made you change your mind and buy a travel trailer? But that Winnebago is such a cute little travel trailer! Anyway I was just wondering. :-) Anyway happy new year and can't wait for more adventures with you! :-)
Hey Craig. Two reasons: reality and economics. I'm not going to be full timing in the near future and I don't have 100+ grand to spend at the moment, nor do I want to get into that kind of debt. I figured I'd get something relatively inexpensive and that I could pull with my current vehicle, like training wheels. I still think my future is on a small class A, and the good thing about getting used to the trailer is that anything I buy in the future is going to feel huge. Happy new year to you and thank you!
Jorge Palencia Thank you! My main camera is an old Sony HDR-XR200, I also use the Nikon D5100 sometimes, and the GoPro Hero 3 White for the car/trailer mounted shots.
+dednrurc We didn't have to pay to go up just to see the view. Of course we were hungry so we decided to eat anyways. The restaurant is a little pricey but all these places with a view usually are. We're going back next week again to see the family for Thanksgiving.

is this the first time you use the "riding in my RV" song ? been watching the old videos and I think this is the first time I hear it.

Hey Robert, does the restaurant charges you if you go to the top of the Westin in Atlanta just to view the landscape?
