After changing battery in that way is it still 200 meters waterproof? Maybe less… but if so, how much - 100 m, 50 m, 30 m waterproof. How did you check it?

As I saw in another video, in this particular model, the low battery indicator is seen on the second hand, it begins to advance every 2 seconds or irregularly, that is an indicator that the battery should be replaced.

You can't, not even with the app. Watch will display empty battery icon when it's near death and that is it.
