I'll write up a review here and just pin your comment so others can see it. So my goal was to give power spot to a bulky pokemon that could learn helping hand. The reasoning for this is because Power Spot and Helping Hand stack multiplicatively, so instead of 1.3x + 1.5x = 1.8x damage increase, its actually nearly double the damage at a 1.95x damage increase. Skill swapping Stonjourner Serene Grace with Skill Swap for the Rock Slide flinches was just some icing on the cake extra synergy. After I thought of the Chansey/Stonjourner combo, I realized how Cheese it was then realized I could potentially make another acronym meme team with this combo, and that's how I decided the rest of my team. Hitmontop was what I chose for H, Eject Pack + Close Combat was my idea to safely switch-in Stonjourner for the Skill Swap combo, and intimidate helps Chansey be immortal ontop of Fake Out + Wide Guard support which is appreciated, I also have Sucker Punch for Calyrex-Shadow since I kept losing to it, but Thunder-Wave on Chansey helps checking it. Entei was my first e in cheese, and my attempt of taking advantage of Stonejourner's ability to self prock a weakness policy while further boosting damage thanks to power spot, I originally was going to use Bulldoze to self-prock the weakness policy and go Physical attacking entei, then I realized Stonjourner's special attack is base 20, so I could use ancient power to deal around 10% to even non-dynamaxed Entei, making eruption boosted by +2 and by power spot, at the cost of like 10 base power, you could also Dynamax Entei and just naturally get your Weakness Policy procked so it wasn't totally reliant on Stonjourner to work. Eternatus is the second 'E' in Cheese, and I wanted to use Eternatus because it hits hard, its bulky, but it lacks the extra oomph Pokemon like Zacian have, but Helping Hand + Power Spot allows Eternatus to OHKO pretty much anything, I have Sludge Wave over Sludge Bomb so I can potentially overwhelm the opponent with strong spread damage, and even with Power Spot + Helping Hand Chansey takes around 30% from Sludge Wave which isn't a big deal. Escavalier is the final 'E' in Cheese, and I had it on here because there really isn't that many viable pokemon that begin with the letter E, but escavalier was mostly brought for Trick Room matchups and if you can avoid fire moves is an amazing Dynamax thread. Giving Chansey/Eternatus max steelspike/quake boosts is really nice, and if you decide to run Seismic Toss over Thunder-Wave the max move boosts can make Chansey a wincon on its own. As long as it's not stall hell, I'll never get mad a player busting out a unique team. In a meta where everyone uses the same 20 Pokémon, it's actually very refreshing to come up against something this creative.
from what i've noticed it's only the meta memelords that salt after a gg. i don't competitive pokemon myself so every team is cool to me but these videos both give me a chance to laugh at the nastier side of showdown and learn a bit more about pokemon :)
The Groudon match was the funniest because how fast it ended. The Kyorge match was the coolest one of the all because it turned an unfavorable matchup into an amazing win. The Zacian matchups were the cheesiest matches off them due to how Chansey duped them all. Amazing video, Weedle!
On top of that, the team has a CHEESE acronym (Chansey, Hitmontop, Entei, Eternatus, Stonejourner, and Escavalier). Never would have realized it if not for the comment above lol
Man, I saw the double intimidate skill swap as soon as you swapped the hitmontop in and I was legit yelling "do it! do it!" at the screen. And on a zacian no less. Top 10 most satisfying Pokemon moments right there.

QOTD: During double battles on turn 1 i used Topsy Turvey (From my Malamar) on predicted Extreme Eevoboost right before enemy's 2nd pokemon used Psych Up on said Eevee. I could not stop laughing. Easiest battle ever.
My cheesiest strat was in XY with a physical Greninja. I hatched a shiny one without Protean, but I was determined to make it work. The set was Subsitute, Power up Punch, Night Slash and Water Shuriken holding a kings rock. The idea was to potentially setup and cheese with priority water shuriken flinches. Highlights include flinch haxing an Azumarill and Mega Aggron to death and the player forfeited.
That moment when you realize you just gave Escavalier huge power and are about to be annihilated. Nice to see some wholesome battles, too, alongside the usual salt.
In VGC 2016 I used a Smeargle with "Powder" and "Wide Guard" just to tilt Groudon players. Also I played Choice Scarf Sawk with "Double Kick" to knock out other Smeargles no matter if they were scarfed or sash
Oh we LOVED to see it. My cheesiest strat I ever pulled off was having my Alcremie Decorate the enemy Stakataka to +6 SpAtk/Atk, then letting it die to give it the Beast Boost +Def... ...and then bringing in my Manaphy and Heart Swapping to 1v6 the rest of the game.
QOTD: In Omega Ruby, I had my Pelipper learn Soak specifically and only for the Primal Groudon fight. It turns out that Desolate Land only blocks _damaging_ Water-type moves. With that, I was able to take away its STAB, meaning that my Roserade could survive long enough to Sleep Powder and subsequently hit it with now-SE Giga Drains.
GOSH I just adore these wild videos, I love how creative you get about making wild combos of abilities and moves work to just cheese the absolute heck out of people and I love how many people are caught off guard pretty much every time. It's such a fun breath of creativity in an otherwise very focused and inflexible corner of the fandom.
The cheesiest strategy I've ever used- at least one that I came up with myself, was a shedinja I had become water type with inteleon. Use safeguard to deny status effects, and manectric to pull in electric attacks. Nobody uses grass type attacks in doubles, but if they did I would have a support pokemon ready to drag hits away from shedinja. With immunity to status, shedinja is free to spam swords dance and clean house. The biggest counters to this strategy have been rocky helmet(poltergeist works with rocky helmet but has low pp) and phasing. I haven't changed the team recently, but I imagine with taunt or something else I could easily stop phasing.

QotD: idk if this counts but it was certainly one of my more original ideas. Iron Def Orbeetle + Weakness Policy with Stored Power and Body Press. I hit everything except ghost/dark and can do both Def and SpD damage so neither Blissey and Toxapex are safe. It nearly always sweeps

The cheesiest strat I've ever used was something I copied off of some rando I battled back in X and Y. They opened with a Durant and used Entrainment to put Traunt on my guy and when I attacked it switched out with Eject Button into a Gothitelle with Shadow Tag. It used Protect and boosted itself with Calm Mind every other turn and I couldn't do anything about it, I only won because I was using a Drapion and either they only had psychic-type attacks (Dunno what their fourth move was) or they forgot Drapion was a dark-type. When I stole the strat for myself I made sure to have a move that could hit dark. ^_^;
If you watch the championship VGC players a lot, you'll hear them talk about how bad it is to get out of position in a game. You're as good at manipulating position as I've ever seen, and I just love watching you work. Thanks for the video.

Weedle is my favorite RUclipsr who posts showdown just because they always have really well thought out strategies. Their general knowledge of the game is so good too, that double intimidate was gnarly.

The cheesiest strat I've ever used was something I copied off of some rando I battled back in X and Y. They opened with a Durant and used Entrainment to put Traunt on my guy and when I attacked it switched out with Eject Button into a Gothitelle with Shadow Tag. It used Protect and boosted itself with Calm Mind every other turn and I couldn't do anything about it, I only won because I was using a Drapion and either they only had psychic-type attacks (Dunno what their fourth move was) or they forgot Drapion was a dark-type. When I stole the strat for myself I made sure to have a move that could hit dark. ^_^;
