Who doesn’t love Sanne 🥰 I’ve been watching her since she started her channel and she is just such a breath of fresh air!
Agree! I recently discovered her channel, and binge watched so many of her videos. I thought I was the only one who was nodding when she pulled out that Ize oil, coz I thot I've been spending way too much time on the internet, that I even knew about the products she will use 😂😂
why is night so bright
I started watching her channel from the time she just started. And I adore her soooo much. She's so original and kind.
Aww Sanne is the best! So glad you are featuring her 💕
sanne is straight up the most relaxing and calming to watch.... also her plants and black pipes 10/10
Black pipes?
Since I've been a fan of Sanne for like 3 years now I'm glad she made this content for Harper's....
I really loved seeing you Sanne doing this.. Always wishing you good lock and more success
I love Sanne! This is one of my fav videos
What a beauty!! Loved this routine
She's beautiful....whatever her skincare is bang on...works for her...luv sanne😍
Hey! Wouldn't it be cool if you had like a random/normal person on here to show their routine. I know you guys always do celebs but how about an essential worker? Or a mom? Or a teacher? I want to know what more 'typical' women/men are doing to take care of their skin too!
Oh and I volunteer as tribute if you need a certain random, normal, essential worker girl :D
Allure does that already kind of
@@synthalpaca5207 oh! I didn't know, thank you :)
I mean you could just watch any other beauty/skincare youtube channel instead of this one channel
i really like this idea and never thought about it! during this time it would be cool to see how essential workers take care of themselves
@@Elizabeth-ow9gx maybe they'll do it! Stay safe and healthy through all this! :)
My favorite model and person on the internet ❤️❤️❤️✨
she's the sweetest
Lavender does NOT calm the face.
I’m so glad you had her show us her routine! I love Sanne so much and I have been watching her channel since the beginning!
Remember that oils do not hydrate. They are oclusives and they form a strong barrier. Hydrate with something light not very oily that is a humectant and then if you like seal it with an oil. Oils are the heaviest of all cosmetic ingredients so overusing them isn't a very good idea. English is not my first language so I apologise for any mistakes.
It depends on the type of oil actually. There are some oil u should use b4 moisturizer & there're some oil u should use after moisturizer. Not all oils are the heaviest of cosmetic ingredients.
Oils that have actives in it should be used before moisturizer but if they don’t have actives in it then they should be applied on top of moisturizer. Also Hyaluronic acid is a humectant which draws in moisture from the air and products that are applied on top of it. Oils actually repeal water which is what hyaluronic acid in particular draws into the skin so putting an oil on top of a hyaluronic acid doesn’t allow water and moisture to be drawn into the skin from the air. When hyaluronic acid can’t draw water from externally from either the air or products that you put on top of the hyaluronic acid (which she doesn’t do, she just uses the oil) hyaluronic acid starts to draw moisture from within the deeper layers of skin to provide water and moisture to the surface layers of your skin, which can cause dryness and dehydration (which are two different things but that’s different explanation) and other issues. Another reason for this has to do with the molecular size of oils. Oils have large molecules that can’t penetrate the skin thus the oil forms a layer on top of the skin. This prevents water and moisture from evaporating from the skin. But again since she didn’t actually put anything sort of moisturizer on her face after the hyaluronic acid, it can only pull moisture and water from within the deeper layers of her skin.
Moisturizers is made up of humectants (to hydrate, like HA, glycerin, or simply water), occlusives (to lock the moisture in, like carrier oils, silicons, etc) and surfectants (buffering agents like Ph adjusters, etc). She just used a water-based serum to hydrate and then a facial oil to lock it in. In my opinion, skincare steps is about the order, not about the products.
Water hydrates. We drink it. Lotions are mainly a barrier to keep hydration in if it’s hydrophobic and/ or bind to the moisture in our skin if it’s hydrophilic. The main difference between our keratinized skin and reptiles keratinized scales is our oil glands.
Some oils do hydrate and have the ability to penetrate into the skin.
I love a good natural and simple steps nighttime routine
Yay a dutchie♥️
This was very lovely and bright 💖
I have been watching these skincare videos for such a long time, the good thing is all the celebrities have become more environment conscious. Be it replace the one time throw away pads with reusables or being mindful of switching off the water running during the routine.😊
PLEASE DO DAKOTA JOHNSON AND LILI REINHART 💛
please do zendaya next!
Amazing I love sanne💕
Love this!!!
❤️❤️❤️
Amazing ❤️
Love this Go To Bed With Me series! 😊💕 How can she look so pretty even without make-up? 😄
Omg how am I just seeing this now!? Sanne is the sweetest person ever- love her!!
it'll be better if she applied the cleanser first to soften her makeup/debris then rinse off with the face halo. this way will minimize the rubbing and tugging on skin => less wrinkles
Wrinkels= skin looses hydration by time
She is very refreshing to watch! I love her!
please do Brooklyn Decker xx
She is so cute!! 💛
I love Sanne! Definitely going to buy some izé oils, love how natural the products are!!
Lily James next please and maybe Juno Temple xx
I want more content of her in here plsss
Beautiful! PLEASE DO ELLE FANNING NEXT!!!❤️❤️❤️🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
Yes please... Thatd be great
I watch her vlogs and I loveee her 😍
Me too ❤️❤️
Sanne is the best! One of my favorite influencers to follow :)
Love u Sanne
Why does no one cleanse their neck? Don't most people put makeup/sunscreen on their neck?? I'm so confused.
Likely done in the shower with the body where it makes less of a mess
Lol good point. The only time I clean my neck is in the shower, i never thought to include washing it in my routine
skandar123keynes ikr?! Like i would feel kinda “disgusting” if I wouldn’t cleanse my neck too because there is so much dirt that also needs to be washed off and especially when you wear makeup and sunscreen
Q8IBOYS think of it this way, with your night time skincare routine, it starts at the hairline and ends with the nipples! Everything you do to your face, do to your neck and your chest
Do it in the shower. Showering will give u more cleanliness than just clean ur face & go to sleep without shower.
Finooolyy...Sanne Vloet😍😍
me: she looks so nice
Less than a minute in: i dont need chemicals
me: aight imma head out
2 seconds later: “I just need water”🤦🏻♀️ she’s so beautiful but that’s a chemical
I said the same thing😂
😎😎😍😍😍👍😂😂😊😆😆😆😀😐☺️☺️😱😱😘😘😱😋😊😛😛😛

Maybe she meant harsh chemicals.periodt.
she is Beautiful
Omg!!! Sanne is here....i clicked so fast😍😍 love you❤❤❤
Sanne!!! Love her! She is so sweet!
Beautiful! 🌸
That's natural beauty !
She is the best!!
i will never understand people who are like “i don’t like to use chemicals” when literally everything is a chemical. water air food i mean hello are people dumb
I think we all know, what kind of chemicals she means.
🔥🔥🔥
VictorianTimes The chemicals that are seen as bad have 50 years of studies on them more than their natural counterparts. 🤗
@@zachariahkovac2048 yees
They mean synthetics but it’s true
so beautiful 😍
@susanyara hi! What are your thoughts on the pads? Wouldn’t they be tad tough on the skin, especially on the under eyes?
She prefers the idea of putting the cleanser onto the damp face halo and then cleansing one's face that way.
She doesn't want to use chemicals to remove makeup, but proceeds to use chemicals in everything else, including water and a face wash. I'm slightly confused by this logic...
Well she’s probably trying to minimize the use of chemicals...anyway you always put water on your face and dry in with a face cloth
She meant those products that contains harsh chemical content which causes irrational effects and damage to the skin
susu Ho
can you name Any examples of these “harsh chemicals”? Things that are actually in FDA approved skincare products. They can’t be things that are only harmful/toxic at higher concentrations than are allowed in a product for it to be FDA approved.
Layla the point of this comment was that everything is a chemical. Water is a chemical. People who say they don’t want chemicals in their skincare don’t even know what they mean by “chemicals”. Also they said face wash, as in a cleanser, not face cloth.
Actually there are so many amazing make-up remover balms and oil to use ... maybe she doesn't know 😑
Love Barbara Sturm products! You should definitely check out silicone Foreo brush, it replaced all unnecessary things I used to use to clean my face. Silicone bristles are so gentle, but combined with pulsations they clean so well. So much appreciated now esp. since we have to wear masks all the time. And face massage this brush gives is just what the doctor ordered.
She’s so sweet
you are so beautiful and your looks fabulous, i wish i had skin like you
she has amazing skin!
The comment section used to be full of Susan Yara fans. Nowadays all I see is Hyram name. Since when did u guys change? Is it bcuz of lockdown?
The routine is not THAT extremely bad so that people wonder what would be susan's reaction, Plus she is pretty active and shoots alot of reaction videos and we know she is probably shooting this one! We are also busy enjoying the reaction video for tina craig.
Honestly this Hyram guy gives me James Charles vibes but not problematic
Anika Evanson Kind of.
💀💀💀
our girl!
Sanne is sooo beautiful 😍
It looks like she doesn't have any makeup on she is totally Beautiful 💓
So so nice
So pretty😍
I loved this routine 🥰 would’ve liked to see some kind of moisturiser, but overal this was just one nice calm and positive video 😊
the oil was her moisturizer I think
This halo makeup remover tho! I feel like my life has been changed!
how many times she said hydrate or hydrating?
when she said she doesn't need to use "chemicals" because of the cleansing pad 🙄🙄 oof... the water she used with it is... well.. chemical but nonetheless, she's very pretty and her skin looks beautiful
Yeah, I don't understand that. She doesn't want to use chemicals to take off makeup, but everything else she's using is also chemicals, including the cleanser.
Yes! Literally everything is a chemical. I understand people want to do good things for their body, but the fear no getting about “chemicals” is unwarranted.
she probably meant she doesnt want to use acids
@@katherinenin713 i mean.. most cleansers are not acidic i'd say. also, acids can be very beneficial to the skin. idk i don't mean to be rude towards her but I see this common misconception that "chemicals are bad" very often and I think we should do our best to get rid of that thinking
It's funny cuz most models claim this whole "natural is better"
But we as humans are chemical compositions, chemicals are all around us. I think it's education and the lack there of. Some people aren't as educated as others, thus they say ignorant things, like this girl.
I love this series but clearly this was filmed in broad daylight lol
If she’s in the Netherlands then this makes sense. Its quite bright here till like 20:00ish so its not that weird to be taking your makeup off then.
This is just to show us her routine. It doesn't really need to be night there 🙈
lots of ppl recommend to do your nighttime skincare a few hours before you sleep to get all the benefits from your products for a longer time
Annabelle van der Scheer she’s not, she’s in LA
I love her so much
Yayy! I love Sanne! I hope Hyram doesn't roast her lol as far as I know her skincare is mostly good
Yay! #SkinCareRoutine in #quarantine #stayhomestaysafe
💚
Come here for Sanne❤
Skin care fans: do you guys like face halos? Or that type of makeup removal. I use oil but I’m curious with these things
curious about this too. I use oil as well and I don't feel like the face halo would do that good of a job
i use an oil as my first cleanse but right at the end of massaging that into my face i bring in the face halo (damp with water) and use gently to make sure everything is off my face (like any smudged mascara under my eyes that the oil didn't get rid of) then of course i rinse it all off. it works very well for me and even tho the oil is enough to get the makeup off it feels nice to use the face halo to gently scrub away any stubborn sebum or makeup!
From a chemistry standpoint, they are not going to work on waterproof makeup. I think they are overpriced microfiber cloth.
C.M I also do this
It’s nothing spectacular. If anything, I avoid using it. I find that after the first couple of uses/ washes the material ends up being to abrasive. Even if I use it really gently, I feel likes it’s scraping against my skin a bit. It’s supposed to withstand something like 200 washes but even after the first two times of washing it I find it too rough.
Cutting like her hair, what is called?
Who else's next location is the comment's section after hitting a skincare video?Imaoo😂😂

Barba sturm products is in every video...how are they in every video in this series...? the odd thing is that all these people can't even pronounce hyaluronic. If you are spending that much ($400) then wouldn't you at least know what an HA is and how to pronounce it.
I literally bought that lip mask last week and I LOVE it. I have the green apple one and use it twice a day!! It comes with a super nice applicator too! Can totally vouch! (I love laniege all together!)
** tip: Masksheets.com has a alot of the items mentioned in these kinds of videos for realistic prices and fast shipping! Laniege is on there and I believe they have a sale promotion right now!
Edit: THEY SOLD OUT ): I'm sorry but they restock often so check back in! They have other laniege products too (I have the eye mask and love that as well). Plus Cosrx, Skinfood, TonyMoly etc. & free shipping US.

i feel like at this point we all watch these because of hyram
OMGGGG SAAAAANNEE 😊

I'ma rant for a minute
1. YOU MUST HAVE TO GO IN WITH A CLEANSING OIL OR MICELLAR WATER I understand that some make-up remover might hurt the eye area but there are some that are formulated by chemist for the eyes and sometimes not all the time are tested by eye doctor's
2. Essential oils can be very irritating to the face no matter what type of skin you have it's not all about short-term it's more long-term what's going to happen 5-10 years from then you want to have a problem with it at first but then later on you'll get irritated from that product it's in a wash off treatment (the cleanser) so it's fine in that case
3. Absolutely do not need products from Dr. Barbara Sturm you can get products that are so much better like there are a lot from the ordinary that has the same ingredients as the night serum (not exactly the same but close to it)
4. WHERE IS THE MOISTURIZER if your skin is dry you absolutely need a moisturizer to lock in the moisture to prevent transepidermal water loss this goes for all skin types as well not just dry yes some face oils can act as a moisturizer but the texture is WAY different
5. I understand that a lot of people get so confused with a lot of cosmetic products but trust me there's a lot of RUclipsrs for example (Hyram) that made a skin care 101 series that talks about the basics of skincare (Cleanser, Treatment, Moisturizer, and sunscreen)
6. NATURAL DOES NOT MEAN BETTER I UNDERSTAND THAT SOME OF THE CHEMICALS ARE SCARY BUT THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON AND A BASIC DIY SKIN CARE FACE MASK IS NOT GOING TO DO MUCH BUT IF YOU HAVE A FACE MASK FROM A LAB THE CONCENTRATION OF THE INGREDIENTS ARE BETTER BUT LESS IRRITATING once again hyram talks more about that in his video of why DIY skincare is a no no
Rant over 🥵
Maddison G 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Young living essential oils are so pure and natural trust me I used the lavender essential oil and it’s good for acne !! Read up on it no joke my best friend has read a lot about it and it’s very safe and it really helped me young living is extremely safe and natural there farm is open for you to see even !! Look them up !! Because essential oils are supposed to be very safe for you
I love that you mentioned Hyram! problem solved. Haha
You are so beautiful
She is gorgeous
All hyram fans are here
We want shakira
✨
Jesus, tought she’s Sanne VIOLET 😩
I love her so much, she inspired me to eat healthy and stay healthy ♥️
I too fan my face as if I was eating something really spicy after applying serum 😅
Anyone else hate that laneige lip mask? It dries out my lips so bad
It's definitely not for everybody. This lip mask is kind of an occlusive for you lips. If you hydrate a lot and apply it right after washing your teeth, you'll be able to just wipe it off in the morning with the rest of dead skin cells.
If you don't hydrate enough and have really dry lips, this probably won't do anything for you, cause its purpose is not to hydrate, but to prevent further evaporation of moisture.
It’s a scam! Feels good for a second
My favourite over-night trick for soft lips is Elizabeth Arden 8h creme (the orginal). Its thick and doesn’t smell/taste great but it’s a lifesaver after wearing a mask all day at work
i like the biossance one a lot better, switched to it after using laneige for half a year and it doing nothing
I like the primera one! It’s the only lip mask/balm that has let me wake up without dry, cracked lips.
She's so likeable. Please stop pouncing upon anyone who says "I don't want to use chemicals on my face" - they mean they want to be gentle with their skin! You have a better understanding than them - correct them politely, but please stop with the show off! 🙄
hyram!
I so despise people who talk about no wanting or not needing chemicals without any knowledge. Water is a chemical for God's sake.
😎😎😍😍😍👍😂😂😊😆😆😆😀😐☺️☺️😱😱😘😘😱😋😊
For God's sake, by chemicals she meant toxic ingredients which are not good for the skin, like the Neutrogena wipes, the toxins or chemicals are not good for the skin.
