I have footage of entering the nexus limbo on prod on an old channel. I think it put you there if you DC'd straight to the menu after pressing the nexus hotkey instead of going to the nexus. When you pressed "Play" again it would plop you in there. I would share the video link but I think it gets removed by RUclips spam filters.
The nexus and vault tutorials were really usefull. You were able to get to the nexustutorial in the realm, enter the vault tutorial and store something in one of the chests. Not sure if it was 3 or 5 chests, but either way you just had to finish the tutorial after that and got back into the same realm

I think nexus limbo is a place where afk players were meant to be sent to after about 20 minutes of no action

The nexus tutorial glitch isnt really relevant, its more like an event related to the nexus like swatsec which also wasnt mentioned.
