Looks like one of those Neil Blender - Heated Wheel boards. So probably on Bones Soft Slide Formula.
I did some research cuz I got obsessed and found out it's called a heated wheel polarizer board by Neil blender. They look fun as fuck but they only release a couple every year. You can make them from a skateboard and roller skating trucks. No idea what the wheels are tho, prob what that guy said ^^^

I respect the hell out of street skating and when I got into skateboarding that primarily what I did. As I got older, my ankles got worse I started to like and respect transition alot. Nowadays I only skate transition. My days of jumping off stairs are long gone.
