Yes, the game is NieR Reincarnation and this cutscene is for the ending of Part 2 (or Act 2), which of course comes after the Carrier betrayal ending. Hope that helps :)

Because unfortunately the SEA servers were shut down not too long ago and the game’s currently not available in the region.
