Are you insane, 1 if it's additive it'd be too broken, 2 if it's multiplicative then you just get diminishing returns so it wouldn't be very good anyway. I'm assuming you mean if one has 40 percent the other has another 40 it totals to 80 that would invalidate a lot of sustain champions and would promote burst champions which then would prompt you to btch about them
@@marcusmarfe5514 Well, you assumed wrong. Additive stacking would mean that three people having grievous would completely negate all healing, and negation is very rarely a fun or engaging game mechanic. Just saying that "it wouldn't be very good" isn't really a good argument either. The point is that in a multiple on 1 scenario, multiple instances should have an effect (see previous statement on negation, your items should do things). In a multiplicative stacking case, 1 is 60% healing (40% reduction, 60% healing), 2 would be .36 or 36% (.6*.6), 3 for .216 or 21.6%, 4 for .1296 or~13%, 5 for .07776 ~8%, in rare cases where you have a full stacked team with grievous and a varus or a katarina you could reach 6 (4.7%) or 7 (2.8%) which is very close to zero, but if your entire team is spec'd into it, there should be a very large effect. I would say that that is definitely not "not very good anyway" as there is a notable effect with each addition, but also still allows for some amount of healing. There is still a level of healing even in a 1v5, but being able to outheal a 1v5 shouldn't be possible in all but the most extreme scenarios IMO, as it isn't really fun for everyone, only the 1. Having Grievous wounds stack would allow teams to combat brawlers who heal via strategy, by forcing them into engagements against multiple opponents who counter them, rather than just hoping and praying that you either have enough damage to outdo their healing (with DD good luck) in a brute force method, or enough CC to stop healing (which see previous comment about negation not being fun). Grievous not stacking leads to an anti-brawler meta about stun-locking and one-shotting, and if the correct way to play a game is prevent someone from playing it, I'd say that that is a categorical failure of balance. In Pro play a little more freedom can be given for such serious strategies and ignorance of fun, but having only one viable way to achieve a task also strangles the creativity of the players. I for one don't want to see brawlers 1v5ing leading to another Aatrox meta like 2022 because it was boring and same-y every game. Futhermore, characters like aatrox with in-built healing become OP in metas where they are able to scale to late game and have more healing than anyone else can. Being able to stack lifesteal, omnivamp, spirit visage, and now even sundered sky, to heal to full from one auto attack even under grievous wounds (the item meant to counter it), means that effectively grievous wounds is useless. In a situation where multiple instances of grievous wounds stack, you could counter brawlers with intelligence, rather than being forced to play their brawling game. To be clear, brawling is fun and by all means should be an option, which is why I don't advocate for grievous wounds negating healing, and why grievous wounds should remain a unique item effect so one person can't just buy only grievous and be the antihealer. But it also shouldn't be the *only* option, like it effectively is now. This is also more from the perspective of existing engagements and team fights, as poke can exist to counter brawlers in the in-between times; however, if brawlers with high healing are allowed to hit a minion wave, or a jungle camp, or just ignore it and run in via any number of ults or abilities (bard ult, kalista ult, tahm kench ult+w, nami wave, any form of cc chain or ferry ability, or just a personal dash), they can all too quickly negate that strategy entirely.
@@ajcannQn in no f in world should Aatrox die in that scenario anyway lol. Did we watch the same game? Remove the tumor(healing) from your brain for a second, his enemies literally never had the damage to kill him, its literally a Gnar and a Leona (thats behind) with a good itemization from Aatrox for that scenario (his healing is now super tied to health items and ult only btw). Also your suggestion about either multiplicative or additive grievous are both sht. Picking a draintank or a healer support is setting yourself to get cuked by 5-6 stacking grievous when healer supports already go behind in lane. Healing rn is literally at its most minimal form and somehow we still have peeps like you. Irons and their takes about healing lol. Wallahi, thank god you arent ALSO in the balance team.
@@justamuart first off no need to be so agressive "lol". Secondly, I don't think you watched the same game if you think Gnar was behind? T1 was behind in gold, but Gnar was even (technically half an item up, but since it was negatron, it's kinda useless here), and building damage, not tank Gnar. I'll concede that even when going damage, Gnar is more of a brawler than straight dps, but they did have quite a bit and were melting through Aatroxs HP bar. In this scenario of two roughly even top laners, having the cc support from Leona to permastun Aatrox should break the fight open (as it does in the first half). Aatrox's healing allowed him to fight the 1v2, when a more balanced amount of healing would've made him still survive, but have to retreat. An amount of healing that would've arisen from Leona having something like Bramble/thornmail here. "Healing... is at it's most minimal form" in the early game sure, but late game healing has spiralled completely out of control, and it's important to take a look at the full picture. In this case, having the component grievous items be nerfed so the early game healing reduction is lessened (ie, bramble vest being 20% instead of 40%, number would have to be more fine tuned tho), would allow for healing reduction to scale alongside healing, so neither is overpowered by the other at any stage of the game, and would end up being a buff for healers in the early game (which is good that you made me think about that perspective, so thanks). Also stop looking at the 5-stack grievous in a vacuum and just pulling it out from nowhere. Even without a nerf to component items, buying 5 components would set your team back ~4k across the board, AND require them all to be in the same place, which doesn't really happen until mid-late game where healing begins to take off. And again, in such a scenario where you are outnumbered and focused by a full 5-man team, that has dedicated their builds to countering your specific character, they deserve to win that engagement. Whenever a team specializes at killing one character, the others are allowed more freedom to do their stuff, so if the enemy has gone all in on killing the adc healer combo, you could capitalize in other places by either choosing a comp that makes use of the weaknesses of them spending so much on grievous, or simply cross-map when they invest 5 people into killing 2 (assuming a healer support + ADC combo). League is more than just a linear musclehead brawl, and this would allow for teams to think more and force them to dedicate more time and effort to different plans. This of course does mean that soloQ would see shifts in meta, but the community is usually able to adapt to things even if just by virtue of using recommended item sets. Lower elo's would likely remain roughly unchanged, but higher elo's with some level of coordinated play and map awareness would see an actual way to counter these characters, but at cost (aformentioned grouping vs crossmapping). In the current setup, it isn't uncommon to see people one-trick healing characters like Aatrox or lifesteal Yasuo and 1v5 while their team is simultaneously crossmapping somewhere. With the change, the crossmap still happens, but the team that sacrificed to get the kill at least gets something, so everyone can walk away having done something (ie: 4 members getting an objective and 1 stalling, vs 5 members winning a fight), which is far better for the state of the game and the health of the community imo. The one group that would suffer are the 1v5'ers who are expecting to experience that power fantasy, but I would argue that fun that comes at the expense of the entire enemy team shouldn't be allowed in a game that is ultimately for fun. And their 1v1's at least would be completely unaffected. And in a 1v2 there would still be some wiggle room for actual skill and outplaying, especially if you're already ahead, since they'll be behind purchasing grievous. tl,dr: nerf early game grievous, buff late game grievous, don't be toxic and say that people have cancer :)

No one i gonna mention that Keria is lvl 16, and enemy support is lvl 9. like how.. hahahaha
that was a neeko imitation. he wasn't actually that far ahead, it was fakers level
@@alexok37 No way
@@flu1d885 just rewatch it. You can see Kerias level jumping around. He was never actually 7 levels ahead.
I'm guessing (hoping) this is a joke. After all, Caedril even explains it mid video.
@@Hazedboss right??! Lol
Hey rat's editor, about the "pls subscribe + like the video" thing: can you do it like a team picks Caedrel on their side and from there you make him appear? Just throwing an idea.
much love from argentina
why does it even matter to you? 😂
@@zerefuuutv just giving ideas cuz I love that they change the way of asking likes/subs. Is not repetitive and I appreciate the imagination lol
I think KDF have so much potential. I hope this team is able to go to Worlds.
Andil's hooks was insane lmao.
i actually love faker to see how humble he is.
Editor finally had some lunch ok this one
Skin is a NoNo for El Fakeru
Anyone notice that 34:49 game 2 ksante could fl while got cc?
Surely the great lord imafakerpie will use the skin right ?
**the ban Jax prediction got me laughing so hard! 😂😂😂 thats like the only reason i watch when they do the comps.. bcuz u explain and even add value to a normal selection and not comprehending nor explaining and good and as simple as you do. thanks. And also u dont take not even 3 full seconds for the subscribe stuff.. You are playing lots of cards right, keep it flowing baby
Well to be fair the faker ahri skin is for sure banned in pro play
"Faker roleplaying chovy" Im dyingg lmfao
t1 breaking kdf ankles, they said bow to the kings
you mean bow to the kings son?
Thank you so much for putting the anti spoiler plant in your videos!
43:00 i think yes and no(he building pickaxe blud not goin ap)in this scenario poke would not really matter against 3 tanks but eclipse rageblade nashors critbloom is also good as poke and ap
Jesus T1 is out of shape! what happened
I always get flashed by the Replay intro of the LCK.
Feels like a Skye bird is exploding in front of me XD
i love watching your videos, best commentators ever, and u predict too well the bans and outcomes... thank you for your time and dedication to this, salute from Colombia brother, God bless you
i knew it's TF before u even write the first stroke of the T
thumbnail clickbait xdd
Mr thumbnail artist, I'm glad you didn't plaster Faker's face on immortalized Ahri
It's great to see how when ppl play kasante they do amazing plays.......
Also aatrox.....
Good balanced champs...
Streamer boutta make more playoff appearances in one split than Pedros career aintnoway
43:59 is even funnier when you realize zeus is the youngest in their team and he's good friends with dudu, so he's like bringing his best friend to his older brothers so they can all bully him together lmao
im so glad faker didnt cave in and use the skin, he just keeps proving why hers the goat
Based Faker not using his skin 'cause of that bastardization of his literal hall of legends event.
I'm glad Faker is not using 500$ skin, if he used it so many people would buy it more.
4:32 that blue was possessed
"All wins lead to me"
Faker, probably
When he says "Subscribe" at 3:37, the subscribe button is glowing rainbow. (I dont know if this is an old thing youtube did but i just noticed it)
0:26 ... I have the exact same background... that was trippy
Lowkey want KDF to go to worlds. They deserve a mad run.
biggest FU to RIOT and I love it
ngl that thanks for coming out chat too funny🤣😂
You know what champ also values triforce? Udyr, Udyr does.
The click bait is insaneee
bro the fear of zeus refusing to lock in anything but TF top is the funniest shit ive ever seen. I hope he ints a few more games away with it xd
Hoping for more caedrel vids everyday 🤪
the only way we can get hall of legends ahri is when keria plays it as a support xdd
18:00 Second match, Ahri pick
0:26 Jebaited the whole stream xdd
I hope in one of Faker's last days of playing pro, he equips his skin made for him.
Faker's like "f*ck that I'm not paying 500$ for a skin -.-" looooooool
Free the editor 🗣🗣
Bro the video was bit late
32:30 "Wait who's in that ult? It Sleeper?"
Encima despues dice que le pucha@ba un huevo la skin en la interview, con otras palabras claro esta.
As much as many wants Faker to use "xx" skin on "yy" champ, I do agree with him stating that the skin particles can some time throws off his game sense & IMPACTS his performance. (Edit : it happens to u all too right? especially when playing new skins for the first time)
(Also, imagine the disaster if Faker blinds this new skin and loses to KDF)
Andil Hit one hook and it was on a ranged minnion
Lmaooooo
they targeting toplane "Zeus ! If you lose top, you are boosted" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
faker never uses skin if i remember correctly.
Using Faker's skin on the thumbnail then Faker didn't pick any of his skins on Ahri
I think he will only use ahri skin in the world finals
Glad caedral is remaining a streamer, don't want to see the lec put to shame with his god like league powers. It's better this way
faker never uses skins in pro matches. No new news really.
The amount of salty one trick rats I've had in soloQ after I ban their ahri and they can't use the skin the last couple of weeks has been glorious.
Even Faker can't afford the Ahri skin...
As a T1 fan im happy to see new challengers appearing, not always same teams
I wonder though if he still have to buy the skin or they gave it to him for free? hahaha
Riot expects Faker to buy it, they're not giving him a cut of the skin sales for nothing
i think he got it for free bcs Zeus said he got his for free from Riot
@@Into_The_Void69Faker has all skins for free...
Is it me or is the audio for these videos always bad (for example 5:06)? It hurts my ears D:
just you
TF is zeus fav champ when facing GENG 😂
why dudu aatrox better than kingen aatrox (currently)
Dudu is just too based
Aatrox is a one of a champ healing reduction did nothing to him that first game how pathetic
I love your videos bro. Best broadcaster!!!
bro where was the funny energy yesterday
Honestly I hope Faker never uses that skin the price point was just...bruh.
Who said guma couldn’t play zeri?
He can play it well but T1 doesn't know how to play Zeri Comp
i think faker could do something at worlds 😂😂
11:35
Show me the faker skin:
Immortal ahri
I prefer the real faker skin:
Skt1 ryze
I said the real faker skin:
No skin/base
Perfection.
T1 Draft becoming weird :(
I never seen as I remember faker tooks skin hahaha
Wow reverse sweep lmao
“I don’t flame players, I just flame the games they’re in sometimes. Unless they’re KT, the. They’re fuckin dogshit.” 😂
Dua Lipa strikes again
Sales gonna tank after this
Sapling has more game knowledge than me?
They gave Zeus’ his comfort pick then proceed to give Guma something he’s not good at. When the fuck would they realize that Guma is the best carry they have and give him the champions and map support that he actually deserve!!! Zeus is basically the better TheShy but Guma is Guma!
Faker: " i only spend at least 200$ a month" And never bought skin and got accustomed to classic and loved it.
Riot: Here a skin that's worth 2 and a half months of Faker's expenditure.
He bought his Syndra skin and jokingly advertised it in a stream lol.
Seeing faker play no skin proves his heart is pure. Boycott the Ahri skin.
be faker
win 4 world championships
be the uncontested goat
get custom skin to celebrate his goat status
dont use it
