Those studies are wonderful! I can't decide which I like more-the church study or the water lilies. I also have to applaud your use of a flat brush; it really pushes you to be more loose and expressive with your shapes. Great job! 🤗
So glad I put the notifications on for your channel. I only subscribed recently but I fear, seeing this with so few views, that if it was not for notifications this video wouldn't have shown up at all. As usual your videography and audio is great and the art itself too. I also really enjoy the slow pace. Recently I went back to painting acrylic after a break of maybe five years and this video inspired me to, for perhaps the first time, actually work on my art not just through practice and fun but actual studies and intentionality on areas I want to improve.
actually an ammendment, I think I have done some forms of practice though accidentally. I went on holiday a year or so ago and only had one blue watercolour tube. Painting for a fortnight using only monotone blue made me so so much better at watercolour. Just thinking about shade rather than anything else was so helpful
Studies can be so much fun! I love acrylics, I used to paint with it a lot but it's been ages. I saw you mentioned in your other comment about only using blue, that's such a great exercise too, and can be really impactful. Thank you for commenting and welcome to my corner. I'm glad you like the pace, that's genuinely something I worry about sometimes 😅
I love your sketches! i hate drawing because i'm not good at it, but I need to do it in order to improve
Aw, thank you! Having fun with it is the best way to keep at it I find ☺️
You always have so calm and relaxing feeling. Love relaxing with you!🥰🥰
It's very inspiring to watch you try thing and just go wherever it takes you!
I'm lucky I have such sweet subscribers ❤️
I have been struggling with colors as well, and learning about it. Your tips come just right in time ❤ Thank you for sharing!
Aw I'm glad! ❤️
The ink pen was great, really inspiring!
So much fun too, I highly recommend!

Oh, thank you! Yeah, I really wanted to challenge myself to not get too much into the details... but it's hard haha!
