Why People Love Living In Pawtuxet Village RI {Where to Live in Cranston or Warwick}. In this video I'm going to talk about one of my favorite neighborhoods that is split between Cranston & Warwick: Pawtuxet Village. Here's what people love about this seaside village:
1) It's walkable---there are great coffee shops, bars, and restaurants
2) It has a marina so it's a great place to live or have a second home if you love boating!
3) It has beautiful waterfront properties
4) For a waterfront community it's relatively affordable
