Good Job. I have fabricated my own lift block (fxdx 1999] from 1” aluminium bar that was left from a previous project, the lamp bracket. I have removed the jiffy, drilled one hole (drill press recommended) in it then drilled a hole in my block and bolted them together. Then I drilled a second hole through this assembly since everything was aligned already and put the second bolt in it. No need to cut the threads since stainless steel bolt is harder than aluminium. In the next step I have traced the shape of the block around the jiffy foot and cut it with the angle grinder. There will be a lot of aluminium dust so do wear a mask and safety glasses. Finish with the file and scotch brite. Red locktite to make sure nothing gets loose. And service of the jiffy stand at the same time since it was off the bike. Worked like a charm at no cost. 1 hour job.
I swear you have a copy of the list of things I am going to do to my Lowrider S.... I'm loving the build so far.

Nice!!! My BK crash bar is coming in today. Got the HD front spoiler for Christmas. Emailed BK and they modded the build so it fits. Fingers crossed!

How is the stand block holding up? I have raised my bike around 4 inches from the front so it leans a lot. Now will be installing 14 inch shocks so it will lean more, need some solution to that lean.

On the left side yes. On the right side it depends on your air cleaner. When I had the k&n it stuck out too far making it hard to reach the crash bar. With the V&H though I have no issue
Does the crash reduce the stock maximum lean angle/cornering clearance on either side of the bike? In other words, when going quickly around windy bends and approaching the max lean angles of the bike, what would scrape first, the rider foot pegs or the crash bars? Thks.
Foot pegs still scrape first even with longer suspension and shorter pegs
that crashbar is sweet, I tried fabricating my own but I may end up spending the money for the real thing, I'd rather go with the tried and true product than my janky copy lol

Hey mate do you know how these fit with the 2019 street bob because on the rear break side there's a box in front where the two bolts go
fits no problem, it goes behind that and comes with longer hardware where needed
