First cook the pumpkin.. separate pan .. heat the jaggery until it completely melts. Once the pumpkin is cooked ..gradually u add the melted jaggery , following with pinch of salt.. cardamom and cumin... then grated coconut.. Once these are nicely combined. . Add rice powder so that the dough thicken. It's shouldn't be to watery nor too hard. Once the mixture cools down. Make them ball size and spread evenly on the banana leaf and seal them by folding it.finally u can steam them and u can enjoy the delicacy. let me know if u need any further explanation
