Most people do not know but in Peru the palo santo tree is no longer under supervition and there is been a lot of trees being cut down. In Ecuador we have a close watch on it. That means you buy a wood not coming from a cut tree but from fallen trees and branches.
I love palo Santo... but didn't knew it was to attract positive energy. So the sage first and palo Santo afterwards tip is very useful! I sometimes already did that subconsciously because of the smell, but now I am aware and know what is best.
I either burn Palo Santo and I also have Palo Santo essential oil drops I put in my diffuser if the smoke is irritating my lungs. Sage pretty often but I like to use Palo Santo togrt vibes off. You don't need to go super deep into a cleanse but just enough to get the icky vibes off. ❤

i really want to watch and listen but the latter is made difficult by the sound quality... it sounds like your mic is having a hard time capturing your lovely melodic and voluminous voice! well i think the mic is the problem, not the way you speak... i would recommend investing in a better microphone as it will greatly improve your watchability and gain you subs!
