Mr. Krohn > a GREAT MAN a phenoeinal teacher! He was my friend during my HS years in Spirit Lake. I took his classes ONLY because of his method of teaching. I was NOT interested in science but loved his guidance and passion for life .. this is an aweome tribute to his life and living memory. I continue to speak of him ... he was truly remarkable.
I had Mr K for Earth Science about 1972 when I was sophomore. He worked with my dad, Wayne Neustrom, who was high school principal about 1960 or so. My dad died at 35 when I was 5 and I will never forget the very kind letter Mr. K wrote to me and my siblings about my dad and the person he was. I never took the opportunity to talk to Mr. Krohn about my dad while I was in high school but will remember the "What do you see?" field trips and the challenge to think and see. He left a great legacy
