Insert Molding and Part picking using a Fanuc M900 robot.

The M10 robot vision inspects the insert and places the 18 inserts at cavity locations. The M900 robot picks the complete compliment of inserts and loads them into the B side of the mold after picking the finished part also from the B side of the mold. The part is inspected for inserts present and set on an exit conveyor.
