HMI One Button Multiple Robot Reset made easy
RAS makes sure all our automation systems are easy to stop, start, and reset. This is a short video of a complex 5 robot cell made to look easy. One push of the Reset button and all robots home and are ready to restart. We take time and make sure our HMI is easy to navigate so hardly any training is required to run our machines. We pull images from our design to show the machine on the screen as it relates to the real machine they are running. We write homing routines for every robot so the operators don't have to know how to drive them home manually.

The M10 robot vision inspects the insert and places the 18 inserts at cavity locations. The M900 robot picks the complete compliment of inserts and loads them into the B side of the mold after picking the finished part also from the B side of the mold.
